I tried to book again and she said it had been too long, and rejected the appointment. That's fine, I can go somewhere else. However, I was just looking at my credit card statement and I was charged $50 per dog on the day I tried to book these appointments even though she rejected them. I tried to log in to my account online with my phone number to see if they are storing my credit card information, but my phone number is apparently blocked in their system and I have no way of telling what has been stored so I don't know if she still has my credit card information. I did NOT receive the service and would never have known I was charged if I hadn't looked at my statement. She has stated she will refund but if you are canceled I strongly recommend checking your credit card statement.

There is a small holding area for dogs to safely meet and greet other dogs before new arrivals are released to the main area. The play yard is huge and has an obstacle course, pools and offers plenty of shading. When I picked up my dogs they were a part of the general population and seemed happy as their tails were wagging.
