For me, being able to doing my insurance business mostly via email is huge. I don't want to call an 800 number and wait on hold forever. I love being able to email Mike my updates, mileage, questions, etc. He's very prompt in his replies and very thorough in his answers. And if I do need to call, Heidi is super helpful and friendly. And he's been a huge help twice in recommending other services - he recommended the most amazing mortgage broker (Cindi Taylor - see my review) and he helped me out with roofer recommendations.
