The seat is just LIKE THIS now. And freely slides back and forth.

RUN from this business. PLEASE. And please read this review. These people are scam artists. I was pregnant with our third a year ago and we had very limited options as we are in the process of improving our credit. They were very friendly upon arrival, we only qualified for a Chrysler Pacifica which isn't really what we wanted but again, fine. The Pacifica we drove was decent. I pointed out the minivan on the website had way different features than the one we test drove, and it said it would be a different color. The salesman didn't even look into it. Told me that the one we test drove was the correct one, that they must've mislabeled the website. We buy it, drive it off and are driving it about a week or two. They call us and tell us the van we are driving isn't the van we bought and we have to return it and take home the correct van. What??? They tell us "oh don't worry, the one you ACTUALLY bought is super nice, way better than the one you accidentally took home!" BULL. We didn't have many options as again, I was pregnant with our third and our only other vehicle was a civic. So we really needed the space and second vehicle. We get the "new"van. Immediately we notice it is NOT as nice as the other one we thought we bought and test drove. We tell them that. The side mirror was broken (still is a year later since they wouldn't fix it for us), they promised us a second key fob, didn't get that. What we did get was a ten dollar gift card to a gas station, a super rickety feeling minivan, and problem upon problem. Oh goody! Today, one year later, I notice the seat is completely broken. The seat my FIVE MONTH OLD was sitting in because I didn't notice it had broken until I was taking her out. All the levers somehow broke. Completely broken. I seriously have NO idea how this happens, the only thing holding the seat upright was her car seat. Awesome. I'm in shambles. It feels so shady. There's no way that they all just broke. We looked into it online and it really seems like some cheap fix was attempted at some point (with all the other issues on this thing I wouldn't be surprised) and their fix didn't hold up. I'm livid.

Bought a new Silverado 2025 ZR2 from Vaughn Letta,he's young, honest, and goes the extra mile for you At closing he made me aware of an additional rebate of $1000 that GM brought out that day Paperwork was on point,he's great on calling you back.....I will always buy from him...Joe Croce

They say they will keep my car in service for 1 month or more, but they do not give a loaner.

I was very, very pleased. Time passed. Someone backed into me. Again, a flawless job right on target with the estimate. A great place to deal with about what can be a distressing event. Well off the road and around a curve in Cedarfield Commons - you'd never know it was there unless you knew it was there. I wouldn't even consider trying another bodywork place now.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I need to warn people - especially those that may not be as 'car…read moresavvy' as others. So I was involved in an accident that left both my driver's side tires blown out and both rims with extensive damage. I had heard good things about Northside so I had my vehicle taken to Northside in Dewitt (I live in the Syracuse area). The Dewitt location said they were backed up so they were sending my truck to the Greece location. I received a call from one of their reps so he could find out what happened in the accident and hear my concerns regarding other damages my truck may have incurred since we could only see the tires and rims were damaged. We had a quick but good conversation and he asked me if I wanted the new tires in the front or back since you cannot have unevenly worn tires on either side. (Differing treads should be placed opposite one another i.e. one set of same treads in front and other set of treads in rear) You cannot do this side to side as the vehicle will pull, essentially fight itself as the treads try to do their thing. Anyways - having him ask me that was reassuring that he knew what he was doing so I felt less anxious. They said my vehicle would be ready 7/2. I didn't hear anything that day but I figured with the upcoming holiday, they were probably a little behind (no biggie - I had a great rental ;) So I called on 7/7 after not hearing anything and they said my truck was in quality control and they were about to call me later that day to arrange for pick up (back in Dewitt) So I arrived at their Dewitt location and spoke with two nice ladies who explained to me that they had an alignment done on my truck - they 'subcontract' alignments through Monroe Tire and Muffler. But they said they had to replace the upper ball joint so again I felt better knowing they found that - which led me to believe they actually had taken a serious approach to my concern. So I drove off - happy as a clam. Until I did my own test and found that my truck was pulling to the left. And not slightly - I took my hand off the wheel and it immediately started veering into the oncoming lane. So I got home and took a closer look. They installed the new rims and tires on the driver's side and hadn't rotated them so the more-worn tires were in the back and new tires were in the front. I wouldn't have been so angry if the rep hadn't specifically mentioned they were going to do just that! And the quality control inspection? WHAT THE F@$K WERE THEY INSPECTING?!?!? I will say that when I called the rep he did apologize several times and offered to fix it if I brought it in. But that would be more of a waste of my time and jockeying cars and rides etc that I didn't want to deal with. So I fixed it myself in an hour in my garage. This is a concern to me because my original tires are still fairly new (purchased last fall). But what if another customer was in there, down on their luck, whose original tires weren't in the best shape? That could cause an accident and someone could be hurt. I also want to mention that I have a sneaking suspicion that Northside 'subcontracted' the entire project to Monroe, who slapped the tires on there and called it good and Northside was being lazy and didn't follow up. They just made Monroe do all the work for half what the insurance company was paying them. That's pretty low Northside. Your reputation just took a big hit in my book.
