Thankfully I heard about Dr. McKnight ! My son saw him for about 2 years and then was completely healed and no longer has to follow up with him. We are very happy about that. I had chronic idiopathic urticaria when I used to live in LA but became well-controlled for years and then recurred in 2020. My son was still seeing Dr. McKnight then and so I also started seeing him then. My urticaria has definitely improved and are now well-controlled. Treatment plan was all medications (no shots were required). I was also found to have seasonal allergies and are also well-controlled with the treatment plan I am on. I am very happy with the medical care I have received and continue to receive. Everyone in the office - front desk and in the clinic- are all nice, friendly, patient and always with a good demeanor. I like the option that I am able to book my follow up appointment 6 months out and their calendar is available that far out. I also like that when the office sends the appointment reminder there is an option to check in online which I always do so that the office check in is quick. Clinic is clean. Parking availability is generally not an issue. I always refer Dr. McKnight to my friends who need allergy consult.

I got bilateral pneumonia and chest tightness with reactive airway for months after. I had to see a pulmonologist for the first time, and he did some testing. He believed my allergies were not under control and they caused me to have COVID19 complications. As soon as I started feeling better, I made an appointment with Dr. McKnight. I wish I would've done it sooner! He is so thorough and smart. He had allergies as a child and had to get allergy shots (allergy immunotherapy) for years. Therefore, he's very understanding. He puts everything he suggests in writing for you to take home. It's been a long time since I've met a healthcare provider who provides such quality service. I teach at a local nursing school, so I like asking questions. I want to understand why a treatment is beneficial and all options. Dr. McKnight always answered my questions, provided all options, and allowed me to make an educated and informed decision. He also gave me the most detailed explanation of how I should begin to exercise again because after COVID19, I kept getting a tight chest with exercise. I monitor my heart rate now, thanks to Dr. McKnight. I loved Dr. McKnight's office so much, I brought two of my kids who suffer from allergies to see him, too. Below are two pictures of my kids getting allergy testing. (Yes, my son has a ton of allergies.) They didn't complain at all. We can't wait to get started on our allergy shots (allergy immunotherapy), so our family can get our allergies under control. The staff at the Henderson location are really nice. Dr. McKnight is the best physician for allergies, asthma, and immunology. Warning: he's so good, it may take you 3 months to get an appointment to see him, but he's worth it!

I expressed my gratitude for the quick scheduling and also the girls at the front desk. She offered for me to see a different doctor at their practice and was very confident I would not be disappointed. I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars but only because the office handled this situation exceptionally. Still think the doctor experience was the worst I have ever had. Thank you Lisa for making this right!

He diagnosed me with moderate to severe eczema and wrote two prescriptions, this was on January 7th. I asked about allergy testing and he told me that it had to be approved by my insurer. I made a follow up appointment to see Dr. Nguyen and get the allergy tests. I had to cancel the follow up appointment (three weeks after my original appointment) as my prescriptions had not been fully approved and there was no confirmation that my allergy testing had been approved. When I cancelled my appointment online, I was "told" that someone would be in touch to reschedule, they were not in touch. I left detailed voice messages that went unanswered. I spoke to my insurer and pharmacy and they both told me that there were errors in my prescription. One had the prescription for a daily maximum that was mean to be a monthly maximum. It took a few calls to have that corrected. My main prescription remains unfilled, and I am told that it was because of an error in how it was written and submitted. My pharmacy told me that they had tried to resolve it with Allergy Partners and they asked me to intervene, as they were unable to make progress with the prescriber. I spoke at length with someone at Allergy Partners, she took great care to understand the issues and promised to pass the matter for the attention of one of her colleagues. She asked me to allow a week for an update. What a shock, a week later and I have heard nothing. The level of administrative support provided at Allergy Partners has been abysmal, even when you get an excellent clinician, the, like their patients, are let down by a back office function that is wholly inadequate. Interestingly, I am not the only person having this type of experience. The clinicians need to do a better job on follow-ups, then they might better understand their patients' experiences.

She is the only doctor I've ever been to that genuinely cared to help me, and it's very obvious that she cares about her practice and the well-being of her patients. Not only is she thorough and efficient, but she's very friendly and compassionate. I started seeing Dr. Schwartz after recurring infections, and she was the only person to take me seriously and truly help me. After so long of receiving poor medical care and having so many illnesses that majorly affected my life and ability to do normal things, finding Dr. Schwartz was a game-changer. I have never gotten into an office so quickly; every time I called, I was in that day or the next. She works incredibly hard, and while she is efficient, I never felt like she was aloof or not giving me the time I needed. It was also the first time I'd ever been given any explanation for what was happening to me, and after years of being told to "take vitamins" or handed different medications with no further evaluation, it was truly eye-opening to see what a good doctor is. During a period when I was dealing with ongoing illness, I had seen other doctors who were not able to help me effectively, and that's when I found Dr. Schwartz-- even as a new patient, I was scheduled right away and I have to say I have never seen a doctor work so fast to help me. She scheduled all of the necessary tests immediately and took great care to find the right antibiotic for me, after having had reactions to other treatments. I was amazed, I had really never experienced anything like that in my life. Not only that, but I was embarrassingly emotional about my health during that time, and Dr. Schwartz's demeanor was exactly what I needed. She was honest and blunt about what needed to be done, but kind and reassuring that everything would be resolved. As a young adult dealing with health issues I never thought I'd have, it made an enormous difference. I got sick again later on, which turned out to be another throat infection. I called and she got me in just a few hours later, and she let me know that when I was better I would need my tonsils out. When I asked for the surgery to happen as soon as possible, she made it happen. There were complications with my insurance that would have prevented the surgery from happening, and she worked extremely hard to get it resolved in time for me. I mean I literally watched her fight for me, it was practically a miracle. I had never had a surgery before, and I went in feeling completely secure, hardly nervous at all, because I knew I was in good hands. The surgery went very well, as did my recovery- she was very thorough and let me know beforehand all the things to do and not to do. She later told me that my tonsils were completely covered in scar tissue from the amount of infections I'd had, yet it still went perfectly thanks to her. We had follow-up visits after, and while I normally hate medical visits, I was always glad to see Dr. Schwartz. When I left my final follow-up, it felt like saying goodbye to a friend. It is so evident that she cares so deeply about her patients, and that combined with her incredible work-ethic and thorough knowledge and experience in her field, really makes her stand out as a medical professional. Dr. Schwartz made a huge impact in my life and my health, and I recommend anyone looking for an ENT to go to her, you could not be in better hands.

I didn't know about this until I got home and checked. It will save you time. I wish someone told me! Luckily after I submitted the paperwork there was virtually no wait so that was nice! Second, they still require masks. No one told me on the phone and I didn't see a sign. They did give me one and I wore it even though the doctor was pulling his up and down constantly. But because they require it make sure you bring one. I didn't and I feel like I might have been discriminated against because of it. From the reviews the doctor seemed like he would be very friendly, funny and welcoming. My daughter was very nervous and it took a lot of convincing to get her out the door. As I read other yelp reviews out loud to her she was excited to hear he was nice and funny! That was until we met him and found out that wasn't the case. He didn't introduce himself or talk directly to my daughter at all which made her feel nervous again. She might be 3 but she wants to be treated with kindness and respect just like any other patient. By the time she put on the gown she was terrified. Scared of the doctor, scared of the test. She really didn't want to do it and it was taking a while for the doctor to come in. We were about to leave when the doctor finally came in. He convinced us to stay and to just do HALF of the tests (We tested for environmental but skipped out on the food). I'm regretting that big time now as it will probably be impossible to get her to do it again in the near future. We were prescribed an inhaler, singulair, and Zyrtec pretty much right off the bat before testing was even finished. Which was just interesting. The doctor kept popping in and out of the room to tell me things which was confusing. Once was to tell me about the medication. Then he came back to tell me about the Inhaler parts I need to buy on amazon. Then he popped in again to tell me that she's allergic to dogs but she'll need an antihistamine but singulair might work. Needless to say I left a bit confused. Hoping the pharmacist can assist me when I pick everything up later. Some positives from my visit: The staff was very nice. From the moment of check in to when I needed help with my younger daughter who accompanied us at this visit (which by the way was stressful. Don't recommend bringing siblings unless you absolutely have to!!) they were on it. The girls also both got a toy and lollipop which was nice. The office was very professional and organized. So yeah 3 stars feels fair? Hoping we have a better experience next time.
