I took my car in to get the tire fixed and it was the worst experience I ever had! I did not receive updates on my car at all while it was being worked on like I asked. They did not put the new tire on where I asked. Also I asked them to check all my tires before giving it back. I was told they did but whenever I got it back I found a screw in the opposite tire that I brought into to get fixed. I was told to come up to the dealership to pick up a rental so I could go to work and when I got there I was told my car would be ready in 30 min to an hour and at that point it was an hour from closing. I ended up being late to work because of how incompetent they are!!! Need new tires??? Take your car to discount tire. they were more helpful in the 30 minutes I was there then the whole day of the bob moore incident. read more

Horrible job from all staff, i bought a z06 from company back in 2022 and i spoke to everyone since i couldnt register in state of texas, gave me run around. Now i have a lawyer looking into a lawsuit. George Miller you should take care of clients, horrible experience. Wouldnt do business with them ever again. I can't say enough bad things. The service department is a nightmare. 1. April 2017 - They told me I had a bent rod (can't remember exact one) but to repair to do a proper alignment it would cost 800. Told them to hold off on that. I wound up having to get an alignment at another dealership and I advised them of the bent rod, they checked and apparently it had magically healed itself, no issues. 2. October 31, 2017 - I had purchased tires there as they beat the competitor prices. I received a low pressure notice, took vehicle in. They informed me that the tire had a hole where it was not repairable and I did NOT have road hazard (even though I asked for it twice) and a new tire would be 200 bucks. Advised them to stick the tire back on and I went down the road to Discount Tire. MAGICALLY the tire was repairable there. Needless to say I will never go back to this dealership and recommend all to stay away. Sorry to say we are getting ready to purchase another vehicle and they just lost a sale too! read more

Dead Battery fixed under warranty Ryan was great. Hudiburg turned us away with dead car,under warranty, which had to be jump started to drive. Ryan the service writer was great, he got us right in and had the battery replaced under warranty. I will definitly drive out of my way to frequent Bob Moore Buick GMC again. read more

Had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Buick Encore. Both salesman (Troy Flewellen) and financing (Jeff) were awesome. Were my review to end their...5 stars easy. Sadly I got a nail in a tire and took car in for repair or replacement. Due to nail location tire needed replacement. None in stock so my husband was told it would be done Monday following our Saturday drop off. By Tuesday afternoon after hearing nothing, I called and was informed they had to 'order' as none were locally available and it would be a day or two. I have still heard nothing explaining or apologizing for delay. Very unhappy with lack of follow through and resolution of tire issue. Can't imagine ever taking my vehicle in for something serious or referring anyone to Bob Moore. read more

BEWARE!!!! If you ever have a recall repair, DO NOT take your vehicle to this location. If you do, they will fix your car to the point that you will have to try to buy a new one from them. I took my sons car in for an ignition repair and the next day, it drove horribly. The transmission was slipping and my son never had an issue with his car until after they had it in their possession. I tried calling their main office to see what could be done and they just blew my concerns off. Please take your car somewhere else and buy your car at a dealership that is honest and caring instead of cunning. read more

We had a great buying experience at Bob Moore GMC. First off, Doss Merrell is the salesperson you want to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and listened to what we had to say. He understood our concerns and what we needed. He worked with the sales manager, Bill Taber (who was fantastic as well) to not spend time going back and forth, but come to an agreement quickly and fairly. It was very refreshing to not be stuck in the typical dealer back and forth games. Both Doss and Bill understood my position and worked quickly with me to come to agreement. Ryan in F&I was also amazing, and I can say without a doubt that it was the best finance experience I have had in years. He was straight to the point didn't try and sell me things I didn't want, and was a complete professional. My husband and I decided to start shopping for a GMC Yukon XL even though we aren't planning on purchasing for another 6-12 months. We were greeted by Troy immediately. He was excellent!! Not your typical pushy salesman. He was very knowledgeable about differences between packages and even suburban vs Yukon XL. He never once made us uncomfortable and he was very laid back. He didn't even try to get our phone number when we left! He simply just told us to keep his name in mind when we are ready to purchase and that's exactly what we will do! Being able to check out the Yukon XL and the Denali Yukon without being pushed or bothered was SO nice. I highly recommend this dealership because of Troy! read more

Pulled in the dealership at 10:00PM and parked by the front gate to browse used car lot. Went to leave and the gate locked, literally stuck inside dealership lot. No way out!!!!! We called every number possible finally got ahold of a call center around 11:00PM, she said she would send a message to the people on call. I asked for the phone numbers and she said "I don't have them I use the computer to send them the message". She did give me two 1-800 numbers, one was a complete dead end and the other was for road side service, worthless!!!! Update #2 (2:15AM) went around to all 3 Bob Moore lots and buildings, (i.e. "Buick GMC" "Kia" and "CJD or Chrysler, Jeep, & Dodge") Hoping to attract attention or maybe set off a security alarm, I pounded on all windows and doors but we got no where. The lady at the call center did not call back to check up, and no one called - Nothing!!!! Finally after driving around all 3 lots looking at every gate hoping to find one unlocked, but all 3 lots were totally locked down and secure there was no way out! As we were checking all the gate locks I looked for weak spots that would be easy to break. I did not want to do any damage but after setting and waiting all this time, thirsty and needing to use a restroom, I made the unfortunate decision to break out. Trying to cause minimal damage and not wanting to create a costly repairs, I broke a weak locking device that will be easy and cheep to replace. So you folks at Bob Moore CJD Might want to repair your South West Gate ASAP. If someone will ever call me back I will let them know so they can go out and re-secure that gate. Also you might want to think about a couple policy changes going forward. #1 who ever leaves last and locks the gate should be required to drive around to make sure no one is inside. We were not in a unusual area of the lot we were right out front, my truck was parked at the front gate that was open when we came in. We were walking around out front in the used car section, in plain sight. It would not have been hard to spot us if some one was paying attention. #2 it would be a good idea to have an emergency phone number that is easy to look up and posted at the main gates easy to spot and have someone that is assigned to be on call and available to answer the phone in case any unforeseen incident happens "like customers being trapped inside the lot" or any emergencies that could possibly occur. I bought my GMC Serra from Bob Moore and I had a very good experience, my wife and I are looking at buying a GMC Acadia Denali and Bob Moore was our first choice. I hate to give a bad review but its crazy we could be trapped this long and not able to get in contact with someone. Absolutely terrible customer service. We have been wanting a truck from them and have been in contact. The first sales rep said he would send us a video since we do not live in the area of the truck and that never happened. Got in touch with a new sales rep who sent a video and then we pre qualified for the truck and send him our IDs and nothing. it has been 5 days now and no one has been in contact with us. If i could give negative starts I would! Been talking to them about a car, gave them ALL our information, the next morning they called and said come down we have your car just sign and go, mind you we are 3 HOURS AWAY! They call twice while we were on the road telling us they appreciate us giving them a chance, then to make sure we didn't have any lingering questions before we got there.. 10 miles out of town we called to make sure we had the address correct, that is when they said, oh, the car you wanted just SOLD!! excuse me?? Can we interest you in something else? I'm not sure why we even entertained the idea, but having already drove 3 hours, ok fine see what you can do... it was the worst customer service, the whole time we felt they were just trying to screw us over... needless to say, we are driving 3 hours home with no car.. I wish I could give it 0 stars I read the reviews on this place and figured it must have bee a slump since the reviews were from last year. Boy was I wrong I did an inquiry on a vehicle through the internet and the form I was sent for a credit loan was incomplete so they called me and I had to give them more information over the phone. The Tony Cornelius in finance said he would call me back in 10 minutes. I called back an hour later after nothing and he was gone and I didn't hear anything back from him until I called back the next day. He said he wanted to talk to his financial manager to see what they could work out. I had a good credit score so I assumed it was ok and once again he said he'd call me back but I never heard anything back and when I called all I got was his voicemail with no returned calls. Way to put the customers first bob moore. Anyways two weeks later my credit dropped significantly because they did two hard inquiries on my credit thanks a lot read more

The ONLY reason you have a star, is because it wouldn't let me post without one! You get negative 10 stars in my book! Worst car buying experience ever. Not only did we end up without the car, after driving it for 3 months, during that time they couldn't get the paperwork straight for the lender so the approval kept expiring.....when it was all said and done, Bob Moore pulled our credit, or submitted it to be pulled by lenders 39 times in 90 days. Our credit has taken a MAJOR hit and I have to repair it myself since no one there will own up to what they have done! Then when I finally hade enough and turned in the 2014 Encore and requested my trade back, I found out they illegally sold it! They forced me to sign a bill of sale just to get my down payment back. I would NEVER let anyone I know go to Bob Moore Buick and should have stayed with the dealership that has always been honest and fair with us. Lesson learned, but I tell everyone about my experience, and try to explain the legalities that I now know about, if they are in the market for a car. read more

I would never purchase a vehicle from them again. We traded in our car a for a used Tahoe they had and we've called several times asking when they thought the title would be mailed and all of that and they said any day and here we are and the 30 days are up and we still have no title. We called the bank we use to see if they had any information and they said that the reason we have not received the title was because the title had a lien on it and it had not been released yet! First off they never showed us anything regarding this lien and now here I am stuck with a vehicle I cannot register or drive because the tag is out of date. We have texts to prove all of the back and forth conversations with the dealership where they said they would hand deliver the title and they never did. We told them we just wanted our car back and no longer wanted to do business with them and they laughed and said they had no idea where our car was and that we can bring the car back all we want it's not their problem that it's just our credit we are going to ruin. So now we are having to hire an attorney and everything else. Just to save yourself a hassle I would avoid these lying and cheating people. They have tried to scam us but we will not just give up on this because it's just wrong and very dishonest. Makes you never want to buy a vehicle again Especially when we tried to be nice and just call and work them about all of this they were rude, arrogant, and all they could do was laugh! read more
