So I end up walking into any dealership assuming they're going to be dishonest. I recently purchased a vehicle from Jim Norton, but the vehicle that was delivered was slightly different than the one I was expecting to get, and when it arrived I pointed out what was missing from what was originally agreed upon. Wavin (the dude who sold me the car) and Vinny (his manager) gave me a 'We Owe' sheet stating Jim Norton would provide me the originally agreed upon add-on items once they arrived. I made a comment saying "Kalidy Kia gave me one of those 'We Owe' sheets and they never honored it until I got the Attorney General's office involved." Wavin responded with "We aren't Kalidy Kia." And you know what? That is a very true statement. Jim Norton has done right by me so far, and it's been a pleasant experience (aside from the minor communications lapse while I was waiting on my new vehicle). Their service department is kinda meh so far (one of the advisors I've dealt with was crotchety as hell, and they lost my keys at one point), but as far as a new vehicle purchase is concerned, Wavin and Vinny have both made me have to rethink my opinion about car dealerships as a whole. The price was fair (they actually were more flexible than I expected them to be) and they have been true to their word, and professional in all of their interactions. I would recommend them both.

All of this is made worse by the legion of bored salesmen wondering the dealership - a visible symbol of this dealership's eagerness to sell you something, and lack of interest in providing even any semblance of good service once the initial sale is done. Seriously - if you use the dealership for service, it's worth your while to find another dealership.

I would definitely recommend Steve Coleman. He helped me find the Telluride I wanted. Our negotiations were friendly, and everything he told me was on the up-and-up. I went back recently for a free car wash and ran to the parts department to pickup some splash guards had ordered. When I came back, Steve himself was outside putting the finishing touches on my vehicle. If you're tired of wondering whether a dealership is being honest with you, pay Bob Moore Kia a visit.

Super friendly, welcoming, amazing customer service. Didn't haggle or ask too many questions when numbers were being thrown around. He was customer first and made sure we were comfortable and not be pressured. Our finance guy, Rashee (I know I butchered his name, sorry) was great to deal with too. We didn't feel pressured at all and helped us get a great deal. We loved it so much that we went back for Father's Day to trade in our Sorrento for a new KIA K5 GT solely because of Jerry and Rashee. We just found out a few weeks ago that Jerry transferred over to Bob Moore GMC next door so always ask for Jerry. If ur financing, ask for Rashee at KIA. Best car buying experience. Don't ever got to Kalidy KIA tho, that was the WORST experience ever.

Battison Honda Date: 04/25/2026…read moreRating: 5/5 We had only been in Oklahoma for 5 days after moving from Texas when someone T-boned me and rolled our only car completely upside down. It destroyed our only vehicle as a family of four with two girls under 2. Thank God my wife and daughters were not in the car with me. My wife had dealt with Battison Honda years ago, so we came here looking for a replacement. Hannah was our sales rep and she was fantastic -- super kind, not pushy at all, very easy-going and conversational. She had only been a saleswoman for a week when we bought with her, but you would never know it! She and my wife hit it off right away swapping mom stories with our two girls under 2. Tim was our finance guy and he made everything smooth and easy, even though losing our only vehicle was devastating. The whole experience left us feeling super at ease with a payment we could comfortably afford. They helped us find a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe that's a great vehicle at an excellent price. The only minor disappointment was that I specifically asked for a full tank of gas but was sadly denied (it was on empty when we drove off). We know used cars don't usually get filled up, but it would have been nice. This was hands-down the best car buying experience I've ever had! In our tough situation, this dealership was literally a lifesaver. Huge thank you to Hannah, Tim, and the whole team -- you helped our family get back on the road when we needed it most! Highly recommend. 5 stars. To top it all off this was our 11th wedding Anniversary!!

I've sent trucks in for repair that came back broken. When I look at the ticket, it says that they were unable to verify the issue. Unable to verify that the ignition was broken? Really? I didn't have any problem verifying that it was still broken when I picked up the truck. When I took the truck back, I asked the service adviser what the issue with the broken part was only to be palmed off on the cashier to explain to me what the service department did to fix my truck. Really? The service department isn't all underwhelming. The last two times I took my truck in for a repair, I was directed through the Fast Lane. Honestly, I felt relieved that I wouldn't have to go through their standard service advisers because I didn't think I could make another pass through there and maintain my sanity. The service staff in the Fast Lane are always very friendly and very interested in ensuring that I get my truck repaired correctly every time. They're also very good about keeping me informed about what's happening with my truck, which I sincerely appreciate. I'm fine with whatever they must do to repair my truck as long as they fix it and I don't have to make two or three trips back, but the communication with the dealership is always very nice because it allows me to plan more appropriately when the repair is complete. Honestly, the Fast Lane is the only reason I still use Reynolds Ford service. Were it not for them, I'd most likely find another dealer to service my truck while it's under warranty.

My experience at Orr Nissan in Del City was disappointing, stressful, and unlike anything I've experienced as a customer. I was treated with a lack of professionalism, dignity, and respect throughout the car-buying process. When I asked questions about pricing, reviewed the contract, and later requested a refund, I was met with aggressive attitudes, pressure tactics, and behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Sales Manager Brandon referred to me as "you people" while discussing my contract and pricing concerns. I also experienced comments and behavior that I perceived as racist, derogatory, and inappropriate. Instead of addressing my concerns, I felt railroaded by sales managers and finance staff who seemed more focused on making a sale and earning a commission than ensuring I understood the transaction. The price I was verbally quoted did not match what appeared in the paperwork, and approximately $5,000 was added above the sticker price. I repeatedly expressed concerns and asked for time to think about such a major financial decision, but I felt pressured rather than heard. I was also never clearly provided lender information, despite being told financing was being arranged. When I returned the vehicle because I was uncomfortable with how the transaction was handled, I was met with more hostility and dismissive behavior. As a woman of color, I can only speak on my personal experience, but I did not feel respected, valued, or treated fairly during this process. Based on what I experienced, I would not feel comfortable recommending this dealership to other people of color or anyone expecting honesty, transparency, and professional customer service. A vehicle purchase is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
