During that time (mostly because of my kids), I've had many issues handled with the kind of care that you would think you would only receive from a family member. A perfect example from several years back comes to mind. While on an extended business trip to Florida, my daughter called me in a state of hysteria. She was at the site of a terrible accident that she was involved in. Once I let Jim know what was going on, he immediately drove to the site to take over the situation and calm my daughter possibly better than I could have myself. I'm amazed at how caring him and his staff are! He's more like a good family member than a good neighbor.
