Bien was very professional, provided helpful guidance on general posture/stance/hand positioning, and was just overall a fun person to be around (which helps for capturing genuine smiles, since photoshoots can be intimidating). Bien put energy and thought into the location, background, and lighting, which was reflected later in the photos. I was most impressed by how he was able to turn a woodsy area in Hawaii into an alpine scenery. Our party was in the Trellis Room and the aesthetic is so cute! It's designed to look like a garden and is very spacious. This room can seat about 20/30 people and there is a separate little room for kids or people who don't want to be in the Karaoke mix hehe.
