My husband and I used this company for a rental house & they did such an amazing job getting the carpet in the house clean. We decided to use them again for our house now since we didn't want to go through the hassle to rent equipment & we are very disappointed. They were at our house for less than 20 mins. 16 mins to be exact from what is shown on our home cameras. We had an area rug & a room completed. The room carpet is less than 2 years old so not very old. The job was poorly done. There are areas that look like nothing was done to it. The area rug is a high traffic area which I understand wouldn't be 100% but given it's less than a year old it was poorly cleaned. My husband has tried contacting the company and no response so far. It's frustrating paying $125 for a 16 minute carpet cleaning job that definitely was not worth the money. Now we're going to spend more money getting another company or doing it ourselves before putting the furniture back. read more

I have been getting my carpets by Bob Wells Carpet Cleaning for almost a year now based on the reviews. His employees are very professional and nice and they are the same ones that have been coming since I started with them so that's good. Not only do they do a very good job but they are beyond helpful in whatever my needs are they are soooo affordable as well. I mean very good pricing but today they went far beyond GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and if I could give them more starts I would give them gold stars. ;) They did my nice two dining table chairs at no cost. And then.... A few hours after they left my house after completing the job I had to make a phone call to Bob to explain my issue. My daughter had a little accident on my brand spanking clean carpet lol I will leave it at that. I cleaned it up but I was so upset to know it had just been cleaned. It's five o'clock and Bob sent his workers back at no cost!!! I mean that's amazing and if that ain't great customer service what is?! Unfortunately Bob Wells Carpet Cleaning did not meet our expectations. The owner and his partner I feel rushed the entire cleaning. When they left the carpet had not looked much different. I was expecting the it to smell like a thorough clean and have vacuum markings/lines. It looked like neither. They spent less than 30 minutes on the carpets and it cost an arm and a leg!!! When asked why there were still markings the owner specified it was wear and tear. He didn't even try to get them out. I had higher expectations for a professional carpet cleaner. read more

I found this service on yelp and knew a few people that had used them as well. I was hopeful and scheduled them to come and clean my entire house. The guy called before he showed up to give a heads up he was on his way, he was extremely friendly and professional as well. He took his time and told us all about the carpet we had and what would fade and be removed. He worked efficiently and it really was a great experience. They did an amazing job, fast, organized and it looked brand new after he left. We stayed off of it and left to let it dry for a few hours. Came home and it smelled amazing and looked stunning. After all the measuring, posturing and sales pitch, I said "No Thanks" to their very high price of $550+ for essentially a 1,000 sf of carpet in my 2268 sf home. My parents had used Bob Wells Carpet Cleaning for years. So, I called Mr. Wells and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days for approximately 1/3 the price. His employee (Trevor) did an outstanding job and a much more thorough job then the Chemdry man had proposed. The quality of the work was nothing short of everything I could have possible expected. My wife and I are elated with the results and also that we had the good sense to say "No Thanks" to the other company.
