Me: ok how about Monday? Lady: no Monday is booked up. Me: ok how about Tuesday? Lady: no, Tuesday is booked. Me: ok well then let me know when your next opening is. Got a voicemail Saturday night saying I was on schedule for Tuesday but not sure of the time. I was gonna get a call back Monday morning or night to confirm time on Tuesday. Heard nothing Monday or Tuesday. I called again and all I got was a lady trying to argue that she called me and left a voice mail and I never called back. I don't want any dishonest people in my home. If you can't be honest about calling you're probably not gonna be honest around my personal belongings. Stay away.

They showed up when they said they would, brought all the equipment needed, were super great with my overly-interested (and frankly, annoying) big dog, and communicated well with me throughout the process. I don't have solar panels on my home (yet!) but they cleaned ALL the huge windows on our two-story home. There was a lot of construction in the area and we are right up against a mountain, so the windows were DUSTY and GRIMEY. The equipment they used on my windows is the same that they use on PV panels, and it left the windows clean and spotless -- which if you're familiar with Las Vegas water, you know that's a very hard feat to accomplish.
