I have them come out at least once a year to maintain my carpets and clean/seal my tile and grout. They even clean my dining room chairs for me! We have two puppies that think that the world is their bathroom especially our carpet. We moved into our home in 2004 but had not had our carpets professionally cleaned until Oct of last year (2011). Our personal steam vac was just not cutting it. I did not expect much when I hired Advanced Carpet because I didnt think anything could make our carpets feel clean again, but when they were done it was like we had brand new carpet!. They even used a solution that took out the pet odor. I was totally impressed not only with their work but with the nice and professional gentlemen that they sent to do the job! I've used this company for over 5 years sometimes a few times a year. I have pets. They have come every time I've needed them to come and done a better job than expected. I carpet clean in between if kids spill but the stains will come back. But after they come and clean the stains have never returned and my house smells and looks great. It's safe to say that we're pretty much clean freaks and I totally give these guys 5+ stars! On time, courteous, friendly, thorough, and did an amazing job making our place feel sparkling clean. We moved into a new apartment but after the movers and others came in with their shoes on, we had to re-clean the entire carpet. We had a strict no shoes in house policy. What I love the most was how they covered every nook and cranny, helping to move furniture and placing holders afterwards as the carpet dried. We didn't have to lift a finger. They took care to clean their walking path as they exited leaving our place footprint free! The carpet dried in about 3 hours and they were very competitively priced, great value and great service! We had all of our carpets cleaned just after Christmas. They got ALL spots and stains and traffic marks out, even the ones that Coit said couldn't be removed!! They were here for about 1 hour 45 minutes. I thought the price was very reasonablle too. I will DEFINITELY use Advance again! I like the fact that they are a family owned business. read more

I called on a Tuesday to schedule a cleaning for that Friday, for our new house. They were able to fit me in no problem. I had to reschedule because the sellers would not be out of the house yet, Barney was very flexible and rescheduled for the next morning. Ryan and Elliot were there 5 minutes early, finished our entire house (2 story, 2300 sq ft) in an hour and a half, and the carpets were dry by that afternoon. They were very professional and personable, their rates were very reasonable and we are very happy with their work. We will definitely be using their services again! read more

Thank you Barney and your Nephews! These guys did an excellent job all the way around! They were prompt and courteous. Our carpet is 25 years old and they made it look, feel and smell great again. We have never had our upholstery cleaned since we bought it. They had a decade of use by two adults and a chocolate lab. They made the sofa and love seat look almost new. Not an easy task I assure you. Lastly, we had the tile in our house cleaned. We had not sealed the grout previously, so I wasn't sure what to expect. When they were finished, the tile shined and the grout had the original color back. I wish we had called them sooner. Their prices are comparable to other similar businesses. We checked the reviews of cheaper companies and found very dissatisfied customers. We will definitely call these guys again. Obviously, we will recommend them to our friends and family. I rarely write a review, but the quality and value of their service forced me to take the time to share a huge , "thank you to your family". Your Nephews were awesome! read more

I 100% recommend Advance Carpet Cleaning! This is the second time they have been out, and both times, they did a stellar job. I am a bit chemically sensitive, and picky about how my carpets are cleaned. They left them clean and free of odors and residue. They were able to remove all pet stains, and made a very old carpet look beautiful. They are people- and pet-friendly (both the cat and the dog wanted to hang out with them!), professional and punctual, reasonably priced, and clearly take great pride in their work.
