I rent a house for her my rent was $875 and one day she told me shes raising the rent to $1400 00. And if i cant afford it to move out well i only made $12. Gerald came to my house to clean my carpet due to my dog throwing up. He arrived on time. When…read morefinished he told me the yellow stains were permanent. That I had bleached or caused a chemical reaction. He stated there was nothing he could do to remove the color. When he left I took a white paper towel and absorbed yellow. I immediately called him to explain, I didn't think he properly suctioned or cleaned my carpets. He told me to let my carpets dry. I could not allow that so I pulled up all of the yellow myself which was vomit. I had to take off work the next day early for him to come back. I confronted him and tried to show him video of him only cleaning my carpet for ten minutes. I was disgusted. I have a whole video timeline that I can't post because it is longer than 12 seconds. He knows what he didn't do and that is clean my carpet. I paid him and he ripped me off and lied to me. I have the way he treated me when he returned on video also. He called me abusive because I told he did a terrible job. I will be taking him to small claims court. It's not really about the money it's the principal. And no Gerald I don't want something for free. You waisted my time and I am having someone come do the job Monday.
