I got a 12 oz Rhoads Chai, which was just a chai latte with vanilla cold foam. It was $6.50 for the drink, and I did not opt for a milk substitution for $1. The menu said $6, so I'm not sure where the extra fees came from after tax, and the menu did not indicate any.
