Stopped by for the first time today. Overall, I was pleased. I got the hibiscus refresher with mango boba.. delish. My 11-year-old daughter got a cookies and cream frappe.. she was not a fan. She said it was like a watered down milkshake. She did eat the Oreos and whipped cream on top then tossed it; however she followed up by drinking half of my drink lol Staff was friendly and service was quick. Plus, it's a small, family owned business. I'd go back to try the other refreshers or get the hibiscus one again! read more

Place is alright.. I wanted to love it but have had a few different drinks and they are just okay.. Went today and got a strawberry cheesecake and it was supposed to have strawberry boba but unfortunately they forgot to add it. The strawberry milk tea was good but it had big chunks of cheesecake and that was just weird. I thought it would have cheesecake flavor.. They also have discounted days, I was too busy talking to the lady taking my order that I did not notice I didn't get the discount and when I asked her she said "oh you have to remind me because I don't remember the days but it has to be when you order not after" and I just said ok and grabbed my drink and went on my way. Have definitely had better drinks elsewhere. read more

This place was closed & completely deserted at noon on Friday when I drove 40 miles, 1 way, to get my granddaughter the "bubble tea" she loved and wanted to share with me. We had a list of 4 places to try which advertised the stuff online. Starbucks was also on the list, but unfortunately the information was wrong. We went home disappointed. The following day we drove for an hour to reach Tyler, where the "bubble tea" was finally found. She loved it ( I didn't). read more

The staff was very nice. The shop was set up really nice with small business items for sale in display. There were snacks and things to buy. Really nice set up. Their customized flavors not the best. The regular flavors at boba spots was as expected. Pina colada flavor I say 0 out of ten as the flavor was off and a bit chalky. Taro drink was great. read more

I was SURPRISINGLY impressed by this boba shop! Mostly because... it's in Tyler. And it was pretty decent. I've had a LOT of boba in a lot of different cities (in pretty much every city I visit - on principle), and I've come to the conclusion that typically cities that don't have a large Asian population don't have good boba. This boba shop proves me wrong! It's probably not the BEST boba I've ever had, but it satisfies the craving AND it does a good job doing so. It is a lot pricier than what I'm used to paying for boba, but that's just capitalism. I tried the black milk tea (my standard for comparison) along with the chocolate popping boba. My boyfriend and I came around 5pm on a week day, and they were already out of regular boba... odd, but okay. The chocolate popping boba was actually really good. I'm not a huge fan of popping boba (can you tell I'm a basic milk tea kinda gal?) but the chocolate boba tasted like tootsie rolls! The milk tea was solid, comparable to a lot of other milk teas I've had. Definitely a solid choice to satisfy your craving for boba if you don't want to make the 2 hour trip to Dallas. read more

I can say I enjoyed my bubble tea from here. They had really nice service and a nice variety of choices. It was a pleasant surprise in tyler and I will definitely be back to get a northern refreshing bubble tea. I combined a couple flavors-- mango/pineapple and it was great. Check it out. I got the taro milk tea and the first sip was so warm. The employee told me that it was because they keep the boba warm, which I understand, but serving the drink warm isn't great for the customer. Also the taro flavor was very artificial and not good quality. read more

First time in this store and only size drink they could offer me was "Mega" since they were out of small and medium size cups. Would not even fill a Mega cup half full for medium size drink. Walk across the street for heaven sakes and buy some smaller plastic cups. At 2:00 in the afternoon I cannot drink a Mega-size tea. read more

Don't even bother. I was really having high expectations despite reviews. Did a bunch of research after seeing they "ran out of boba" they have mentioned they only cook boba once a day because of the cooking process and get there sooner than later so it's not sold out. Well we got there at opening time, no one was even there, they were late .... and guess what, OUT OF BOBA. So can someone let me know a good time ? Because you get there sooner and there's none, you get there later and there's none .... ok... DISAPPOINTED and so were my kids. What a shame. Wish Tyler had more options because I will not be back. read more

Gritty and flavorless frozen drink. Ended up throwing the drink away it was so bad. The shop was also out of boba when I went.
