There is a great variety of types of drinks and they are so gracious to cater to my whims if I want to alter a recipe. They also have a large number of sugar free options, unlike many of the chain coffee houses. The sit down area is very comfortable and convenient, as well. I will sometimes bring my computer or grandsons up to do schoolwork just for a change of pace. Maggie and Ray are wonderful people and choose friendly, helpful employees. I can't say enough good stuff about Coffee-ology!

The response felt unorganized and unprofessional, as if they were unfamiliar with handling customer concerns. I was even told I would receive a free drink if I left a positive Google review, which was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !! Based on this experience, I will not be returning. Retraining would go a long way. The staff and management were not prepared to handle basic customer service. I hope the franchise takes a closer look at staff as the level of service did not reflect well on the brand.
