I love how fast they always are! I will say that the brown sugar milk tea with pearls just tastes like milk which is unfortunate. The pearls are also too firm in my opinion, with no flavor.

I love this neighborhood boba spot. They have lots of great options and the ability to customize sweetness level of the drink. There is quite literally something for everyone from little kids to adults. I love the decorations that make for a perfect picture opportunity. They have parking in the back. Staff are super friendly and very willing to help first time boba drinkers. Grab a cool drink and head to Phalen to enjoy it.

They have a small selection of boba tea but do them well. I had the strawberry milk tea with tri color jelly and black tea. I went with regular sugar. It was delicious. I would like to to one of their cold brew concoctions next time.

I like to try different boba spots and this one I must say I almost threw my drink away but my fiancé said he'll drink it. I got the brown sugar milk tea and all I tasted was milk, the boba was not chewy like it's supposed to. It's more on the harder side and had no taste. Sorry but I will not be going back.

Boba & tea drinks are very pretty looking. When it first open it had a lot of customers due to the colorful drink. I still think boba & tea did an amazing job with the colorful drink. Before you drink the boba, make sure u shake it. The drink is very pretty and I would get it again, but in a regular cup then a bottle. There is a lot of options u can choose from.

Sunrise bottle with tapioca pearls (the pearls are on top because the staff forgot to add it before making the drink)

This is a cute and cozy boba/bubble tea shop located in East side St. Paul, by Maryland and Arcade that I was so excited to try because of the great reviews and instagram worthy pics! I'm glad I did because of the pretty drink and super chick environment (chalk wall, pretty lights and cute decorations) BUT it was definitely over priced! $7 for a bottle of boba- you're basically paying for the plastic bottle, which btw reminds me of the Voss water bottle. I got the sunrise (mango flavored) in a bottle with regular tapioca pearls and sweetest level 1. When you order you can choose your sweetest level- 1 to 4. Overall, the boba was ahh just mediocre- a bit too sweet even when I got the lowest sweetest level (maybe due to artificial sweeteners??) and honestly there wasn't much mango flavored...but I'm optimistic because they just opened and still in trial & error phrase! The service was fine- the friendly young lady who made my drink seemed a bit uncomfortable though, which always makes me a bit nervous! Also, I think it'll be cool if there was a discount offered for customers who reuse their bottle, it'll save them money, time and be more eco-friendly- just saying! Tip- there is a super small parking in the back that is shared with other local businesses nearby, otherwise limited street parking works too! If you plan to be a local, make sure to get a punch card for a free drink after 10 stamps! In summary, I'll be back! 4/5 service 2/5 flavor 4/5 location/environment

This place is just so cute. My new go to spot for fruit teas. They have amazing bottle presentation and the visuals are Instagram and Snapchat worthy. Everything was delicious. The owner was nice and the vibe is great. Most definitely will be back soon to try their milk teas. Moonlight fruit tea 5/5. Sunrise fruit tea 5/5.

I loved how cute this shop was, they have a great variety of flavors and the cutest shop. I love how they decorated it and made it super trendy inside. The staff is also very helpful and have a great positive attitude !

This has got to be the most aesthetic and beautiful boba tea place I have ever been to. I got the Sunrise (right) and my friend got the In love (left) and both were so refreshing! Prices are a little bit higher, especially for the bottle, but I would definitely go again plus I have made good use of reusing my bottle. The inside of the shop is so aesthetic and they always have a nice wall to look at/or take pictures in front of.

Fresh looking springtime decor! It feels clean and open.

This is our first time visiting Boba and Tea. We were running errands and spotted this neighborhood place that was a perfect refresher break. The decor is fresh, bright and floral. The statement wall at the street entrance is gorgeous. The menu is varied and you can reduce the sweetness level if you choose (or increase it!). They also had some fresh baked goods for sale but the feature is the drinks. It was pretty crowded today and the drinks were still served quickly. It had a nice friendly neighborhood vibe. Off street parking behind the store too!

This bubble tea spot is in a pretty strip mall-esque area but was a cute space with fun chalkboard walls you can draw on. They have a ton of different specialty bubble tea options made with pretty layered colors - I got a mango-flavored tea that was purple and yellow with boba balls. They sell more sophisticated glass bottles for an upcharge or you can get a traditional bubble tea cup. I wasn't overly impressed with the tea and it was super sweet - they give you the choice of your sweetness level and I just went with the regular but next time I'd choose something less sugary. My friend ordered the milk tea and said it tasted kind of watery. They offer punch cards for rewards and when we went over the summer they had a special on bubbly, effervescent bubble teas that looked unique. I'll probably try a different place next time I'm craving bubble tea but it was worth a try!

I only tried the black milk tea but it wasn't that great. I've had a lot around here that are much better... The tea taste wasn't strong enough and it seemed watered down. I wouldn't get this again. Fruit teas seemed better but my sister said hers wasn't that great and my friend's was a little too sweet for me. Overall, I've had better but they have a clean space and cute decor so may be worth a visit if you want to form your own opinions.

Look how cute! Love the chalkboard!!

Forget any other bubble tea place you've ever been to, because this place is the GREATEST. I'm telling you guys, I have very low standards for bubble tea because I've never had any good kind, but this place just blasted my standards to astronomical heights!! Their northern light series ARE TO DIE FOR! I can never just have one, two is my standard when I visit. I recommend trying the moonlight, sunrise, and pink dragon. Moonlight, especially, is my favorite and the mango lychee is TO DIE FOR! Seriously, SO delicious my heart breaks when I finish my drink. Also, if you get the bottle it's a reusable container you can use for other things! The whole place is pretty small, but spacious. The decor is cute and modern along with the prettiest string lights. They have a huge chalkboard you can unleash your artistic abilities on. Overall, the big windows let in lots of sunshine and it's a clean +neat + nice place to be. The barista that I've had both times that I visited is THE SWEETEST! She's very kind, patient, and gives detailed explanations of the drinks. You can tell she really loves her job! Seriously, why are you still reading this review? This place is the BOMB! Get yourself here ASAP!

I've wanted to try this place ever since I realized it opened, and let me tell you, it did not…read moredisappoint! I want to start with the ambiance, because it really caught my eye upon arrival. First, there's a cute cardboard cherry blossom tree for great photo opportunities. Plus there are multiple shelves with items being sold. There are labubus, capybaras tumblers and many more adorable things. I had to fight the urge to buy them all! I ordered a bubble milk tea with light ice. Once I got the drink, I felt bad to even poke it open because of the beautiful design on it. It was vibrant and colorful, giving off the perfect spring vibe. After reluctantly stabbing it open, my tongue was met with a cold sweet milk tea and warm tapioca pearls. The temperatures contrasted perfectly, making it even more enjoyable. The staff were so kind. Multiple people greeted me upon arrival, and the person who took my order was super sweet and explained the difference between two drinks I was confused about. I really appreciated their patience for me. Overall it was a fantastic first experience and I hope to return here again soon!

Cutest little boba spot in Apple Valley!…read more It is a summer must for those hot days. Vivi has its own set of unique flavors that I can appreciate. I like to steer away from typical flavors and try new things and Vivi delivers. Sorry I don't have pics of my order but we got the tiramisu milk tea with boba, mango palmelo sago and taro crème brûlée. All really good. The staff is really friendly, patient ( anyone who orders bubble tea knows patience is a virtue) ordering bubble tea is so unique to a person it just takes time. The staff members have great recommendations and also kindly showed me their snack section where I of course made a separate purchase of the VIRAL butter chips and a few more different flavored chips. I feel anyone with young kids or teenagers will enjoy this spot together. Happy Sipping!
