My wife is a consummate bubble tea expert and has tried them all over the world. Ding Tea is her go to spot in the twin cities for Boba! Good prices, friendly service and great Boba!!!!

This cafe is located on a busy street, the parking lot is in the back. They have dual entry doors, one in the front facing university and one in the back facing the parking lot. This cafe is really cute. They have a floral wall. They offer different kinds of drinks, such as Boba tea, milk tea, fruit teas, matcha, regular tea, coffee, etc. We were greeted when we walked in and the barista gave us recommendations on their specials and popular drinks.

After spending a summer in China, I'm always looking for good bubble tea. Drink: I've only tried the traditional milk tea with tapioca pearls. Can't go wrong. Staff + Shop: so kind, never too busy that you can't sit or wait too long. It's not in the nicest area though, so keep that in mind. You can park in the back lot and walk through the back door. It's fun and reminds me of Asia inside. Might not mean much to some people, but I like the treat when I happen to be in the area!

My visit to Ding Tea was excellent. It's a cute, small shop. Our barista was pleasant and helped us interpret a menu item. I ordered a Passion Fruit Fresh Milk Tea. The tea was delicious and the menu was really large which makes me want to come back and try more of the other drinks. One of the guys who came with me got a special star fruit boba which were shaped like stars. That alone looked cool enough for a second trip. I would recommend ding tea if you want diverse options that taste amazing.

This is one of my go-to boba places in the Twin Cities. Consistently efficient service & good boba. I get their signature milk tea with 50% sugar & their golden boba always seems fresh & perfectly chewy. It's still on the sweet side so may go down to lower next time. I tried their apple tea recently and that was refreshing too but I prefer the milk tea more since it's less sweet. The inside has cute decor & it's been a good spot for mtgs though seating is limited. I love that they have a free parking lot in the back too. Def check this place out!

I've been to Ding Tea a few times and each time I'm not overly impressed but I actually did enjoy the winter melon milk tea I had recently. Their signature milk a couple years ago was just okay to me. They have a smaller seating area but enough for small groups of people. It's pretty nice that they have a parking lot in the back.

I love Ding Tea St. Paul. I like that I can adjust the sweetness. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great for chatting with friends.

Ding Tea is a classic Taiwanese bubble tea/milk tea/boba tea brand! Love that they have a location in St. Paul. I recommend their classic milk tea or oolong milk tea. Always go for 30% sugar and less ice. Big fan of their golden honey tapioca too. In the summer their fruit teas are also refreshing.

Cute little boba shop conveniently located near Master Noodle in St Paul, friends and I had dinner nearby and then popped over for some much needed boba! The space itself had a nice flowery backdrop for photo taking and big windows to let a lot of light in from the front entrance. We were some of the first people in the shop when we went but it quickly got busy, the staff had a tough time keeping up with orders so it took a little while to get, but I had the taro milk tea with boba and it was divine. You can't go wrong with boba, love it!

Taro milk tea, slight sweetness level, coconut jelly

The search for my favorite milk tea in the twin cities may have ended the day that I walked into Ding Tea. This place is legit. It's a cute atmosphere inside with neon signs and a fake flower wall. Parking is never an issue with the private lot on the backside of the strip of businesses. I like how much customization they allow for every drink. You get to choose the sweetness level out of 5 options, the amount of ice out of 5 options, along with several toppings and flavor add ons. I always order straight up milk tea, light sweetness, no tapioca. As plain as it gets. Yet it can go very wrong. But not at Ding Tea. The flavor is robust and it's exactly the type of milk tea that I love. The person I came here with loved the taro milk tea with coconut jelly. With summer coming I foresee many warm afternoons walking around outside sipping on some Ding Tea.

Yummmm their golden pearls! Yes, please and thank you for existing in St Paul! Their interior is really nice and modern and has that instagrammable vibe. Service has been really good every time I went. The only thing I was surprised with this place was just how incredibly sweet the milk teas were. I've only has the wintermelon milk tea but the 100% sweet was soooo overbearingly sweet I felt my tongue going numb. So next time I tried 75% and it was still too sweet! To the point it was hard to drink. So now I get it at 30% sweetness and sometimes it's perfect but other times it's a tad bit not sweet enough. Wish this were more consistent. Ding tea is among my top three favorite bubble tea shops in the twin cities along with Kungfu tea and Tii Cup. Definitely a must visit for some boba if you're in town.

I'm always looking for a new place for boba, so I'm so glad this opened up! This place has a super cute floral wall and a neon sign on another wall both perfect for your IG feed! So far, I've tried two drinks here - Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea and Strawberry Yakult/Yogurt w/ boba. I've never tried Hokkaido anything, so when I saw it on the menu, I was super excited to get it. The milk tea is yummy and creamy, but too sweet for my liking. It also has a unique (in a good way) flavor vs any standard milk tea. Would def give this a try if you're looking to stray away from your standard milk tea. The strawberry yakult/yogurt was recommended to me by honestly everyone I knew, and now, I will recommend it to anyone I meet! It doesn't have a strong yakult flavor at all, a little tart but mostly sweet, and a super refreshing drink! It kind of reminds me of a strawberry hi-chew in a drink form. The boba was more on the chewier side and just tasted like standard boba. Try the strawberry yogurt!!!

My plans changed on Saturday, thanks to a three-hour flight delay getting to the Twin Cities from Toronto. When I finally got into a rental vehicle at 1 pm, I decided to drive to West Saint Paul to check out this place. This nutrition studio is next to H&R Block in a huge plaza. I found a parking spot steps away from the main entrance. It occurred to me when I had parked and looked at the storefront that I have been here. It used to be Hangout Nutrition. I was trying to find a place to get healthy shakes and teas with no to low sugar in them back in November 2021. I tried a tea from Hangout Nutrition. It was okay, but it wasn't as yummy as what I get from ZeeV's Nutrition in Toronto. The Bar Nutrition has taken over the space that Hangout Nutrition once occupied. I was immediately greeted by Ashley. I got to meet Tony for the first time, who was working behind the bar with her. The space feels cozier and more welcoming. Ashley let me know that Liz made a lot of design changes. I liked them. Ashley was happy that I knew about Hangout Nutrition. She used to work at another business in this plaza, and would get shakes and teas from this place. She agreed that they weren't as yummy as those from NCN. The cool thing about this second location is that the menu is identical to the one at NCN. It makes things easier. I got the pineapple dreamer tea. It consists of pomegranate, raspberry, coconut, and pineapple flavours. It's essentially a pina colada with a pomegranate-raspberry twist. Tony made my tea. It was awesome. I loved it. Sadly, it's only available till September. I have never sat at any of their studios to enjoy a drink. I did on Saturday, mainly because I wanted to post a few stories on Instagram to help spread the word about this new location. There isn't any guest wifi at this studio yet. However, it's next to H&R Block that I used its guest wifi. I paid with a credit card. You can also order ahead using the Engage app. Sadly, it doesn't support credit cards with a Canadian billing address, so I can't use it. Even though my plans had changed getting down to the Twin Cities, visiting this new studio made my day. Congrats, Liz and Ashley! I had a great experience with my tea, and look forward to trying the shakes and getting more teas. (378)

If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.
