[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute Boba shop location in a strip mall with plenty of parking out front and plenty of boba options inside![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I stopped in on a Wednesday mid afternoon after craving a boba and refusing to go to MOA. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is cute and offers plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went back and forth on what to get and ended up getting a strawberry milk tea with popping boba. I spent about $13.50 on two drinks size Regular which seems in line with other shops. Staff seemed nice, but honestly there wasn't a ton of interaction. The drinks were good but pretty tea heavy. I would have loved it to be a little more milk heavy but that's a personal preference. I drank the whole thing so it was good- but keep it in mind if you're looking for a more milky flavoring. I wasn't asked the sugar/ice level like at other shops but pretty sure you could supply that information to the cashier when ordering. The menu is large and there's a ton of things I would like to try. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the waffles and other toppings. read more

I've been looking to explore more boba & coffee shops to get my caffeine fix vs having energy drinks or going to chains. Pink Tea is not too far from where I live. Happy to see they have a parking lot as well (shared w/ other businesses in the strip mall). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like all the pink and cute decor all over the place. They have some cute photo op areas as well as a few places to sit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered 2 drinks; strawberry matcha & brown sugar boba. The brown sugar boba was fine but the strawberry jelly they used for the strawberry matcha was very thick and didn't mix in well. A lot of times I was drinking thick chunks of the jelly which I wasn't really a fan of. I did order my drinks by name vs the number on the menu & it seems that they prefer you to order by number. The staff were generally nice and my drinks came out pretty fast. I was even provided a plastic bag to carry my drinks out in. They have a pretty big menu so I'd for sure adventure back to try more someday. read more

Stopped by for a late treat and were so happy with our drinks. We had a long day of lots of eating, shopping and driving around and finished the night with delicious tea and treats. A really cute spot for boba and bubble waffles, with fun decor and friendly staff! When we came in, they were handling orders from a large group, so they were apologetic about the wait time. We weren't in any rush though, but they were still very kind about it. I got the Strawberry Peach Black Tea with Lychee Jelly and less sugar, and the two of us split a plain Bubble Waffle. The waffle took a little longer to come out, but it was nice and crispy on the outside, while soft on the inside. Would definitely come back! read more

Love this lil boba shop! I've been three times and the tea hasn't disappointed any of the times. I had an Okinawa tea with cheese macchiato (it's a cheese cap!) and black boba, I'd say it was a 9/10, the flavors were strong and delicious but I have one that was a lil better. My friend had the brown sugar crème brûlée, and it was a 10/10 coming complete with scorched sugar on top it was one of my top 5 fav boba drinks ever! The service is fast like most boba places and the décor is adorable with lots of fun low seating! read more

Tried Pink Tea for the first time and the black pearls were more on the mushy side vs the chewy side. I think it might be because they keep the pearls heated? Anyways their smoothies even at 25% sweetness is still WAY too sweet, definitely feels like normal 100% sweetness level. The idea of having another boba joint in Bloomington is nice but too bad it wasn't good enough for me. Their bubble waffle didn't quite stand out to me either, the lady didn't let the waffle cool down before putting the whip cream and toppings so it was melting really fast. Decorations were really cute and matched the store name since everything was pink but having squishmallows out for customers to hold and sit next to were probably a bad idea. Located in a strip mall next to Mandarin Kitchen in Bloomington. Shared parking lot with other businesses in the strip. Walking in, noticed the cute setups they had inside that you can sit or take selfies. Ordered a Jasmine Cheese Macchiato and a Coconut Milk Tea with Peach popping bobas to try. HOLY!!! This was the first time trying this place and wish it was closer to home. This is the best tea place around. They use fresh real ingredients and you can really tell!! We had a crème brûlée, brown sugar boba and a peach strawberry tea. We all said they were the best we've had in awhile. Mine was fabulous and I'm still thinking about it! It is so cute inside and perfect to be chuegy like us (lol) and take pics for the gram! This was a great bubble tea shop! I will be coming back to try more flavors. They have lots of toppings and aside from tea they have ice cream in the egg waffle cones which looked tempting. I had the matcha cake cream tea with boba which was tasty, boba was good and chewy. I forgot you could alter the sugar level but it was still good at full sweetness, not too sweet for my taste. The strawberry milk tea had great flavor as well. They have some tea with kumquat flavor which I'm curious to try. Overall, highly recommend. Also the decor is beautiful and pink. This was my first time coming to this boba spot and it's nice to have another option in the south metro aside from tii cup! I tried the brown sugar boba, strawberry milk tea and passion fruit smoothie. I would say the smoothie wasn't as sweet as I was expecting compared to the strawberry milk tea. Brown sugar was a 10/10. Still pretty good. This time i got the passion fruit hibiscus tea and taro milk tea. Both pretty good. A good thing about Pink Tea is the location. I work in Bloomington and a lot of boba tea places are located in either Saint Paul or Mpls. When I'm at work, i want some boba tea. This is a good place in the Bloomington area. I recommend it! Living in LA, I've tried quite a few boba shops around the area and was happy to see this place in Bloomington and spoiler - it meets my expectations so far :) (though I have yet to try more of the menu) I got a fruit tea - Mango Passion Jasmine Tea with aloe vera added in. I like how they add in some notable chunks of fruit in to the fruit teas, something that makes a shop's fruit tea stand out from others in my opinion. The tea was quite sweet, so for those that might want the sweetness toned down a little, maybe try the 50% or 75% sweetness level. Haven't tried any milk teas yet but have high hopes for them! read more

This place is so cute! So many photo-ops with their decor! And as many other reviews mentioned, it definitely seems like they keep the shop clean. I ordered one of their bubble waffles and enjoyed it. It wasn't anything spectacular, but I was craving waffles and ice cream so I got two in one. The waffle was still warm making the ice cream melt faster, but I didn't mind. It did get busy so the wait for the waffle did take longer than my friends' orders, but I was fine with it since the person at the register did let us know beforehand that it'd take a while. Given that this place is quite a drive for me, I would probably only return if I'm in the area and if I really need to satisfy my ice cream/waffle craving. It was pretty average for me other than the cute pink decor. read more

We love this little gem! It's right next door to Mandarin Kitchen (which is also a fave!). They have a very cute and inviting lobby area with fun decor. Friendly service too. The smoothies and Boba teas are fantastic. Made fresh to order. And the waffles are to die for!! They take about 10 mins, but WORTH THE WAIT! If I could do 3.5 I could. There was only one worker so get there was a wait, no problem. But I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and plain waffle. The drink was really tasty, but the pearls tasted a little off, chugged it all. The waffle came out burnt, and slightly gooey inside. Edible, but not the best. It's like the machine was off and she turned it on high when I ordered. Still hot and edges were so crunchy and slightly gooey center. Id give them a second try when near by again. It ended up tasting extremely bitter--more like strong black tea than anything strawberry. Paying $7 for a drink my kids wouldn't even touch felt like a waste. I went back to ask if they could make it sweeter or offer a different drink. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a chance to have a better experience. They added sweetener but it still tasted very bitter and said their policy doesn't allow to change drinks. To make things worse, staff were speaking to each other in another language right in front of me instead of communicating directly (when they both can speak perfect english), which felt unprofessional. Overall, disappointing experience and not very accommodating to customers.
