I love Hello Boba! I've had their bubble tea quite a few times since they opened and they are on my way to my parents house so now I get to stop even more. There is a claw machine in their lobby that I have so far won one keychain from, $1 per play! It's a highlight for me while I wait for my bubble tea, two of my favorite things. Strawberry mango lemonade with mango Boba jelly! At 6$ what a steal!!! I am a huge fan of the price for what you get! Amazing value for the quality of the drink and the customization of your boba!!! Very sweet but a great drink for a slow sipper while snacking on the mango jelly's. I could eat an entire cup of those things. So delicious!!! Had a boba craving, so stopped by Hello Boba while running an errand. This shop is so cute. It's small inside with not a ton of seating, but there are a few stools and if it's nice outside, just sit out and enjoy the rare nice MN weather. Asked the young man working what his favorite drink was (I always have a difficult time deciding when it comes to bubble tea). He suggested the OK Way with coffee jellies, which sounded just wonderful. And it was. Also super fast and friendly service. Will definitely come back again! read more

This boba place is amazing! SO many options for drinks, cute interior, and the bobaristas were friendly and helpful! They have a cozy egg chair to hang out in, a bench, lots of plants, and small seats for kids. There are also some tables outside. It's in a strip mall with plenty of parking too! Filled with greenery and cute dog logos everywhere and there's a corner seat that gives off a boho vibe. I ordered 4 drinks total here. The taro milk tea was okay, almost tasted a little powdery. Tried two of the teas at this shop today. They had a nice selection of drinks, and it was difficult deciding which ones to try. I selected the Thai milk tea with boba and the Golden Hour tea. I forgot it's name because forgetful me thought I wrote this review shortly after visiting. Definitely an instagrammable spot! I decided to check out this place. I'd have to say that it is definitely cute, and the drinks are quite unique. I didn't give it a five star (and wished I could!) because of the customer service. When arriving I told them I've never been there-it is new after all. My daughter wanted smoothie type drink so I asked them if the Bloody Strawberry can be made into a smoothie or if they had a smoothie options. The cashier looked at me like I'm an idiot. I ended up ordering the Bloody Strawberry, and I asked if I can get the lactose-free milk (pointing to the option on the menu.) Again, they looked at me like I'm an idiot. As I was waiting for the drink, another guy popped out and asked me if I wanted milk. I said yes, I'd like the lactose-free milk. He proceeded to tell me that all their milk is lactose free so do I want that or dairy free. I repeated myself that I want the lactose free milk. He again reminded me that the milk is lactose free in a condescending and demeaning way. At this point, I got the hint that I'm a complete ignorant customer. I guess I'm not culture or foodie enough to have their boba tea. This is why I knocked off the star-never once have I ever felt like a complete idiot over lactose free milk. It is highly unlikely I will return or go back. There are other places that will have the patience for me to figure out their menu. read more

The staff is friendly and the boba is great. However the staff could be more consistent. When I order a drink there have been a couple times where my order was done wrong, and I don't realize by the time I have left. For example I asked for 0% ice and got no ice, but I also got 0% sweetness in my drink when I only asked for no ice. Also sometimes when I order the same drink it tastes very different from what it normally tastes like. I think staff could use some more training to be consistent. Hopefully this should improve as new staff gets more experienced. But overall this is some of the best boba I have found in Minnesota. read more
