The menu had a ton of great options and I ordered the triple ube float. My drink was delicious, it was basically an ube milkshake with boba! The cat cup it came in was really cute. I wanted to also get the taro bao to eat later but it takes 10-15 minutes to be ready and I wanted to get back on the road. The waffle pops also looked yummy. Coming from the east coast I can say I was spoiled for similar drinks. I've tried many around Tucson and this is easily the best. The milk teas are the perfect flavor and level of sweetness. The boba is perfect, not too soft, not too chewy but just right. The drinks are on the expensive side, but I assure you it's worth the indulgence. I stepped in this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The place has a very kawaii, Japanese-inspired vibe. They even sell Japanese toys and snacks. I got the tiger-tea and it came out looking adorable. The lid had little ears and a cap for the straw if you wanted to save your boba. The drink was sparkly with pink stripes. It tasted good too! It had brown sugar boba, which I'd never had before, and a piece of carmelized brown sugar on top for garnish. They come in super cute collectible (and dishwasher safe!) cups that are decorated with different city designs. I don't like my drinks too sweet, so this one was perfect. It was July and subtle, with hints of the brown sugar. And it was very reasonably priced for the size. It didnt seem like they offer multiple sizes, but I'm not sure. Other thing that bothered me was they were blasting Country music (a genre I don't like), and not only a super loud volume but not a neutral music genre. For the good, the bubble waffle was different! Messy but a nice somewhat sweet treat. My boba was good, an oreo milk tea. My little guy enjoyed the large vending machines. The store is very cute and in addition to the drinks and bubble waffles, they sell stickers, diffusers, squishmallows, etc. Their drinks were all very good and refreshing. I ordered the Malaysian White Coffee (with oatmilk), Peach Smash Oolong Tea, and the Lychee Smash Green Tea. My husband finished the green tea way too fast and all I got was one sip and a picture of an empty cup - it was that good. I really loved having the chunks of peaches in my oolong as well as enjoying the coffee taste of my Malaysian White drink. This was our second time here. The first time the lady was so kind and worked with us to find what my kids would like. And it was delicious. This time there was two guys working. We stood there trying to look at the menu and figure out anything that would work for my kids when I didn't understand the menu with the tea and extra frozen desserts. And no one helped us, they just stood there and finally walked away. After about 15 minutes, we just walked out and went to eegee's. Super disappointing. The servers were both very friendly and patient when we asked them to remake one of our drinks. We got two foods (the waffle balls and the pork puns) and both were very tasty and still fresh and hot. The atmosphere was top notch with its decorations and available merch, and they played a variety of pop music from the 2010s onwards plus some popular music soundtracks (with Your Idol from Kpop:Demon Hunters being a standout for myself and my friends). This place flew under my radar for quite awhile, never knew there was a boba place off Cortaro. Saying that I'm not much of a boba person, I usually go to traditional coffee shops but this place was a nice surprise. First the positives, very cool atmosphere inside the shop, although not a ton of seating. Cups have a unique design too, although I feel like it's a waste of plastic if you don't keep the cup. I've only ordered the Malaysian coffee, and it's really good, has a unique taste. My wife tried several of the non-coffee drinks and said they were all good. To the negatives, I came in on a weekday with a mobile order and the order did take some time and I was never really acknowledged by any staff but no big deal since I had a mobile order. The second time I came in I ordered three drinks, two of the drinks had the boba types mixed up. The guy at the counter said you have to specify the boba but the menu clearly shows the type of boba that's included in the drink. If you like boba or iced coffee I recommend trying this place, you'll probably like it. read more

This is by far our favorite Boba shop in Tucson. From the moment you walk in, to the second you receive your beverage, it's like walking straight into Japan. Everything is so colorful and they even have games for the kids to play, items to buy like pens and keychains, and some of the most delicious Boba drinks I have had in a long time.
