    Thai-ger Taro Milk Tea
    Kate S.

I stepped in this place on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The place has a very kawaii, Japanese-inspired vibe. They even sell Japanese toys and snacks. I got the tiger-tea and it came out looking adorable. The lid had little ears and a cap for the straw if you wanted to save your boba. The drink was sparkly with pink stripes. It tasted good too! My only complaint is that I feel like they went a little light on the boba.

The decor is cute and has fun claw machines and a tiny gift shop.

Awesome staff. So patient and helpful with my millions of kids running around. I especially enjoyed my Vietnamese Coffee with Oatmilk in the super cute cat cups.

I am so glad they are here! We needed a good Boba place here in NW Tucson. Staff is friendly and was pretty patient with our kiddos running around and yelling that they found the hidden mochi character. Try the Vietnamese coffee, nice and strong. We will be back again! Great place to let the kids run loose while you chill out with your frappe - lol

This is such a cute new boba spot. It is so bright and inviting inside with their Sanrio-esque decor and vibe. They have modern grabber machines and plushy toys everywhere. I loved it! Their menu is an eclectic spin on traditional boba drinks and they have a lot of funky mixes that sound so interesting and tasty. I ordered the Fire Cream Brûlée Milk Tea, and it was so good! It had brown sugar boba, which I'd never had before, and a piece of carmelized brown sugar on top for garnish. They come in super cute collectible (and dishwasher safe!) cups that are decorated with different city designs. I don't like my drinks too sweet, so this one was perfect. It was July and subtle, with hints of the brown sugar. And it was very reasonably priced for the size. It didnt seem like they offer multiple sizes, but I'm not sure. I can't wait to try something else on the menu next time! Sheena, the lady working the counter who took my order, was super friendly and helpful! She explained how their collectible cups work and made menu recommendations. She was great and made the experience even better!

This place was good! Way out of my way but I wanted to try it. I planned on placing an online order but it wouldn't allow me to without spending at least $15, which was not my plan. Other thing that bothered me was they were blasting Country music (a genre I don't like), and not only a super loud volume but not a neutral music genre. For the good, the bubble waffle was different! Messy but a nice somewhat sweet treat. My boba was good, an oreo milk tea. My little guy enjoyed the large vending machines. I believe the token was $5 and he was greeted with a surprise prize, two squishy animals. He was elated! I'll stick to my favorite boba place in Tucson but this was a fun experience.

I'm a huge boba fan and love that Boba Cucue has moved into the Arizona Pavilions area. The store is very cute and in addition to the drinks and bubble waffles, they sell stickers, diffusers, squishmallows, etc. Their drinks were all very good and refreshing. I ordered the Malaysian White Coffee (with oatmilk), Peach Smash Oolong Tea, and the Lychee Smash Green Tea. My husband finished the green tea way too fast and all I got was one sip and a picture of an empty cup - it was that good. I really loved having the chunks of peaches in my oolong as well as enjoying the coffee taste of my Malaysian White drink. I didn't feel like our drinks were overly sweet, but you have the option to adjust the sweetness level as well as choose alternate milks if you don't do dairy.

On recent trip to AZ, We found this hidden gem with a bunch of delicious boba drinks and they also have some food items as well. If you ever in AZ put this place on your list.

The drink itself was really good! I got the Taro Bubble Tea, and it was very sweet but tasty (the cups are super cute too). The servers were both very friendly and patient when we asked them to remake one of our drinks. We got two foods (the waffle balls and the pork puns) and both were very tasty and still fresh and hot. The atmosphere was top notch with its decorations and available merch, and they played a variety of pop music from the 2010s onwards plus some popular music soundtracks (with Your Idol from Kpop:Demon Hunters being a standout for myself and my friends). We're already planning our next trip to one of these locations, and I think that says a lot about the quality of the experience here.

This is one of the cutest places I've ever been in. I'm not a boba fanatic but I took my daughter who is obsessed. From the interior, to the drink, to the staff, everything was outstanding. I had a sip of her galaxy rainbow soda and couldn't believe how good it was. Even the cups are adorable. I want to go back and try the food. This is a must stop.

First time taking my kids to a boba shop. Quite overwhelmed with the choices, the people behind the counter were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to try a few samples. Unfortunately, their ice cream machine was down but my kids landed on two popular drinks, the dragon fruit milk bubble with dragon fruit boba, and the strawberry milk bubble with strawberry bubble. The drinks are very large (24oz) and sugary!

I also very much love their crystal boba and yakult offerings. Today, I stopped in for something super light and non-caffeinated. Kaleb, was very patient, gave me some recommendations, and made a great drink that wasn't too sweet/sugary! (I got the passion fruit juice with 1/3 the syrup and no extra sweetener plus boba and crystal). I also appreciate that the drinks are reasonably priced (the larger option was under $7). I will certainly be back and highly recommend you check out Ding tea for the quality and value.

The crème brûlée I can taste the pudding edge which I never had issue before now. The matcha Thai tea has Jazmin in it. Which I wish they would have put in description. I never had a Thai tea that has Jazmin in it. The service was slow for not many people in there. They didn't even call us when order was done. If they did we didn't even hear it. Some of menu items such as the Greek yogurt section is completely discontinued. They just need to update their menu and inside a little because it seems cluttered and unprofessional with post it notes all over the place. I think overall it's taken a hit of when I first started going. I used to rave best place to grab a drink. I think it's becoming mid like every other tea shop.

The door was already open, and we watched another gentleman walk in and order four drinks, so naturally we assumed they were serving customers. However, when we entered, an employee told us to go back outside and wait until they officially opened. No problem. We waited and came back in at 12:02 PM. Once we were ready to order, we asked for a drink with regular tapioca boba. The employee told us it wasn't ready yet and suggested crystal boba instead. We explained that we were willing to wait for the regular tapioca, but we kept getting the impression they really didn't want us to order it because they repeatedly emphasized that it would take a while. Crystal boba is not the same thing as traditional tapioca boba. At that point, the employee was also having issues with the POS system and seemed very stressed trying to make the previous customer's drinks while simultaneously texting their manager for help. We were asked to wait off to the side. About 10 minutes later, who I assume was the manager arrived and helped get everything sorted out. After asking about the available toppings and trying samples of the crystal boba, we finally placed our order. Unfortunately, two of our three drinks came out wrong. One drink was supposed to be a plain Jasmine Floral Milk Tea with lychee jelly and light ice. Instead, it came with no jelly at all and regular ice. Another drink was supposed to be a Strawberry Jelly Watermelon Slush with crystal boba, but it arrived with lychee jelly instead. By that point, after waiting through the opening confusion, POS issues, topping availability issues, and ordering delays, we honestly didn't feel like spending even more time having drinks remade. For nearly $25 for three drinks, I expected a much smoother experience. I understand that opening can be hectic, but it felt like the shop wasn't fully prepared to serve customers when the doors opened. The drinks themselves were fine, but getting two out of three orders wrong after such a long wait was disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on our visit, the experience didn't live up to the reputation and positive reviews we saw beforehand.
