I don't know... vibes are off for me. Combined with the location and lackluster customer service, I can't think about the quality of the tea and focus instead on the weird energy that really makes me want to avoid spending any length of time there. Maybe it's part of the construction you unavoidably have to navigate or the general shopping center, something that will be unable to be determined until I visit the other location. This visit, I ordered the Thai tea and found it to be quite good. I didn't get the sense the tea was powdered or otherwise pre-packaged. We get the same thing every single time we visit. It's always me and my kids, we've discovered that this is one of the best places for giving us options that we all enjoy and being consistent. I ordered a roasted oolong milk tea with grass jelly and the tea was enough to curb that tea craving. The oolong flavor came through nicely and had a good nutty flavor to it. I could've passed on the grass jelly though as it was more on the milder tasting side and a little harder on consistency in comparison to other grass jellies. However, there's been a couple times I order ahead and when I get there the drink isn't ready, obviously if it's busy it's not a big deal that happens, but coming in when it's empty and they're all sitting down almost as if they didn't even know they had an order to do.
