It really is well designed for a community like Crosby, with the need to support locals as well as out-of-town guests who come in for mountain biking. I do wish that they offered fresh tofu, rather than Fried although I didn't ask to see if they would make that change. I ordered a mushroom Ramen with tofu. It was quite good, though a little heavy on the salt, which I suspect was the MSG, and not quite enough true mushroom flavor. But after a long day mountain biking, it was really a great meal. I think that this restaurant is really a great addition to what Crosby has to offer. I would highly recommend for meat, eaters and vegetarian folks alike. The booths have plenty of room too. Which I like. I go with my wife and two children.
