It's sort of a "Panera" setup where you order with a person or at a kiosk then they deliver food and drinks to your table. I had some customizations to make for the kids and everything came out correctly. The bread is incredible! The meats, toppings, flavors - everything is delicious. Even the white queso was some of the best I've had with nice chunks of green chiles. It's *really hard* to make all 3 of my kids happy at the same restaurant and this one nailed it. The Pad Thai stands up to any version I've had anywhere, a strong and solid offering with the tanginess of tamarind balanced with fresh chopped cilantro. The traditional beef and potatoes dish can be hit and miss, but this one balanced potatoes with crispy edges and pillowy starchiness with quality strips of steak, all stir fried together in just enough brown sauce to bring it together. The tofu and snap peas in a spicy Szechuan sauce were flavorful and hearty enough after appetizers. We didn't get pictures of the egg rolls, which are as good as you'll find in these parts and the spring rolls, which were slightly less authentic than we'd hoped. We finished off with lemon bar ice cream, Vietnamese flan, and a toffee Bundt cake.
