Today I had an extra amazing experience! A year or so ago I had purchased a Smok Nord 50w and still had it to this day. Well I noticed that my device kept saying "no atomizer" again and again, so I finally took a look into the problem and noticed that one of the pins that helps recognize the coil was pushed down and stuck. So when I went into the shop I had mentioned it to employee Rayna to see if she had any ideas to fix it. So she went and asked someone else about it, then came back to tell me that they would just go ahead and replace it with the same device as it is no fault of mine. I was very astonished and grateful. So, I prefer to focus on the customer service and how clean/organized the store is. Friday - Sunday are insanely busy and it gets very cramped in there.
