They were able to get us in diagnose the issue and EVEN had the part in stock!! Fixed the recall and the issue within about an hour. Lindsey and the entire crew was so kind, professional and efficient! I would not hesitate to bring our car here again! Also they have a wonderful play area and everything is super clean and spacious. Went here with a screw in my tire needing it patched (didn't request any other inspections or…read moreservices). They took over an hour to tell me that they couldn't patch it because it was too close to the side (it wasn't) and they would need to order a tire to replace it. They instead spent that time completing a full (unrequested) inspection and provide a laundry list of services they wanted to do including changing a cabin air filter I had just replaced a couple months prior. I left after they wasted an hour and did nothing but ask me to pay for service I didn't need. I took the truck to a different service center who not only confirmed that the screw was not too close to the side to patch, but that it was small enough it hadn't even penetrated the tire. TLDR- don't go here unless you want them to waste your time and try to sell you hundreds of dollars of unnecessary services.
