Gene restored the front end of my 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid when I'd bought it from a dealer and it had an undisclosed accident. He worked with me to stay within my budget and communicated every step of the way. When I was ready to have more work to restore it a year later, he didn't hesitate, staying in my budget. When the car had mechanical issues that were outside his scope? He referred me to his dad's garage up the way who treated me just as kindly and helpfully. This year I brought him my moms old Suzuki after she got in a fender bender. He searched high and low for comparable parts (they weren't made anymore) and did a fantastic job and kept things in budget. Can not recommend Gene and his crew highly enough. Will always refer, and will always be a loyal customer now.

Just recently we had our Black Ford Flex there for service the problem was a fairly simple fix, but someone could have told us that it was a major fix an charged us a bunch of money. I took my truck to a shop that does great work but does not build trans, sadly this is the shop…read morethey do a great bit of work with and the end result is that because they said they were good we went with them. they built a trans for my 2500 with a bullet converter, Buncha high end parts, super nice trans that you could tow with no issues. I have had the trans in the truck for a little under a year and a half for the last 4 moth is has has small little intermittent issues so sparse that they would be hard to diagnose. currently with right around 30k miles on the trans in a 2500 heavy duty truck that has spent the last year and a half being a work truck hauling fridges microwaves small amounts of timber and an occasional motorcycle in the bed. the trans is bad. there's a issues in the main body somewhere, as well as the super expensive billet tq converter they put in it also took a shit. the truck is a bone stock and might make 250tq. it can't spin the tires if you hold a gun to its head, it's never done a burn out and pulled one aluminum uhaul car trailer with my Lexus on it for a whopping 50 miles. do yourself a favor and save yourself thousands go to a different shop. they don't stand behind their work, and refuse to be accountable for their poor quality work if you want your transmission to shit itself and leave you stranded after a year of driving it take it to this shop they will get you dialed with a transmission that will make your car or truck a unreliable time bomb

They put the wrong size tires on my vehicle so had to take my vehicle back in the next day to get correct size tires and I was charged an extra $100 and she said I was going to have to get another alignment which was another $125. I said you can't just char me these prices after you quoted me and I was financed for that price, she told me she could charge me whatever she wanted! I told her I wanted to cancel my order it had been less than 12 hours and she said she could not do that. The owner told her to give me the tires for the quoted price and I didn't need another alignment. i was very grateful to him. The next week I get my lease agreement and I was charged the extra $100 for the tires. i don't know if this is just a coincidence but three days after g my tires on, my brake light, ABS light and service traction control light are on, on my dashboard. I was charged $500 for 2 size 16 tires and an alignment which was $100.
