Arranging the project through Israel was a breeze and Ramone and his crew delivered a masterpiece. I paid approximately…read more$4,500 for fence work and retaining wall but the fence was left unfinished and improperly installed. I hired another contractor to remove it and install a new fence with new materials. The contractor also started a railway-tie retaining wall but left it unfinished. I paid for a replacement retaining wall and removal of the ties. The work damaged both my yard and my neighbor's yard, requiring sod replacement; some areas of my yard remain unfinished. During the work, the contractor damaged my Spectrum node twice and hit the back of my house with his truck, damaging the siding. I hired additional contractors to correct and complete the work, including property-line and retaining-wall issues. My total repair and completion costs were approximately $20,000 possible more.. I filed a court action and received a judgment in my favor; as of this review, it remains unpaid. I recommend withholding payment until the work is fully completed and inspected. I have documentation, photographs, payment records, and court records supporting this account. Prospective customers should independently verify the contractor's credentials, insurance, references, and contract terms.

I Would Not Recommend - They Do Not Stand Behind Their Work…read more I'm only giving them 1-Star - but they could've had 5-Stars if they'd followed up on their 1-year guarantee as promised. Original driveway, sidewalk & step pad were done well - over a year ago - that part is holding up fine. Unfortunately, while ripping out & replacing the whole main driveway, they did NOT rip out & replace the small 12" concrete lip at the end of the main driveway that goes to the street. Instead, they just put a concrete "patch job" covering over all the gouges & holes on that lip. After 6 to 8 months 99% of the "patch job" had fallen out. I contacted them 2 months before the guarantee ran out to have them come see & fix the concrete lip. They said they would - but it never happened. Now they've let the "clock run out" on their 1-year guarantee & I'm stuck with shoddy work which, unfortunately, overshadows the good. They would've received 5-Stars from the "get-go" if they'd done it right in the 1st place or even if they'd lived up to their word & would've come back & fixed the "patch job".
