Ive been trying to get in touch with them for TWO MONTHS to remind them I cancelled my policy SEVEN MONTHS ago and have the paperwork for it but have yet to hear back from ANYONE at Click. On top of that, they repeatedly tried to withdraw payments from a checking account that was no longer active, even though I contacted them multiple times to update it. Despite those corrections, the issue kept happening and my coverage was canceled more than once because of it. Overall, the billing process was disorganized and stressful, and communication did not resolve the problems. I eventually switched to Progressive and now pay about $300 for six months of coverage--what this company was trying to charge me in just one month.
