I finally made it to the front to check in at 2:54pm and was handed a little card with the time handwritten on it. I was told to go sit and wait and that the TSA person would come out looking at people's "time" cards to see who was next. There was a couple already waiting when I sat down, and they ended up leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. I was finally seen by the TSA woman at 3:32. It seems like having an appointment means nothing. Very frustrating.

I have never had too many problems automotive-ly, but I was in a fairly bad accident last Thanksgiving involving a Mack truck and no fault of my own.. About every two years, my sister gets into an accident, more often than not resulting in a totaled car. Believe it or not, these accidents are not her fault - like the time the Kansas City Royals bus (picking them up to go to the airport) went down a too narrow street and ran over the drivers side of her car... No lie! (The lie was the bus driver trying to say he didn't notice his car going up and over my sister's car!) Liberty Mutual has always quickly gotten her car fixed or given her a check for the amount and never raised her premiums. I definitely recommend it.
