Jonathan was the technician and what impressed me the most was that just because he found a problem he still kept looking until he found and resolved all the issues. This took several visits in which new refrigerant was added, a leak was repaired, and a part replaced. In a panic I called three companies and left voicemails with my situation with all three, and Mike at Williams Heating and Cooling was the first one to call me back, within 10 minutes (and only one that day!). He was at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Mike was incredible. Quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me what he was doing the whole time, talked me through some options, and got us fixed within an hour and a half, probably closer to an hour. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mike and this company. I went from panicked and in a hot house to being able to focus on my wife and child in a cool house much faster than I would have expected. On top of really knowing what he was doing and being so efficient with his repair, Mike just really seems like a great guy. I was shocked he was at my door about mid morning. The motor to my unit was shot. Another company did our install, but Austin took the time to check to see if we had any warranty left. INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED! BE WARNED!…read more We scheduled a service call for March 24th, 2026 and were told that the technician would be there in the afternoon and would call on his way. We took off work and waited. Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. Now certainly wouldn't trust them to do a good job and not rush to something else.
