I set up a whole family appointment and updated all of my information and everything went well. Approximately 1.5 years later I got a bill for me only. I tried my best to work with the office; Rhianna explained to me her office put the claim under my old policy number. I was advised from my insurance company this is not my fault the dental office should of submitted the claims on a timely matter and I am not responsible. Not in the entertainment industry and insurance doesn't cover it so when I pushed back, they didn't seem to care about the cavity I had. So I found myself at Wally because of their aggressive social media campaign. Just don't do it. Save your time and money. I found LaRoche Dental and called for an appointment. I was met with nothing but warmth and professionalism. I was hopeful, but not too much as I have been fooled before. When I arrived at office more warmth and professionalism. Dr. LaRoche even checked me in! Dr.Kim saw me, I explained my situation, he actually told me I was not a good candidate for veneers as my bottom teeth were slightly crooked and would need to get invisalign first. I panicked, waiting for the up-sale but I explained I didn't want veneers and that was the end of that. I received an amazing cleaning and scheduled my next appointments to take care of cavities. Dr.Kim explains everything while he is working on you and even cleaned up brown spots that were on my teeth and the chip my previous dentist said veneers would fix.
