They took the plaque, asked me why I was in, etc. He comes in at 1:30 exactly, so had me waiting in the chair for a full hour. Now this is when it becomes frustrating. I explain to him the reason I am here, he proceeds to tell me it's due to a complete diff reason. Again, I tell him it is not the tooth he's speaking of, but the one behind it and how long the pain has been there for. He proceeds to tell me that due to HIM running behind in his schedule (ALTHOUGH MY APPT WAS FOR 12:30) he cannot complete the service for me unless it's only a cleaning I would like. I was completely livid from the moment I heard that because changing a cavity is something any other dentist does right then and there ALONG with the cleaning. And why should I suffer and not get the reason I came into this place in the first place handled, because HE WAS RUNNING LATE. He should've had the others waiting as he had me. Made no sense and I felt as though he was just trying to dismiss me as he didn't care to do the filling. Never EVER going there again. And if I were you, I wouldn't either.
