I made my appointment with Dr Sheila for 4 pm that same day and she took me in less than 5 minutes after I got there.Filling out the paper work was a breeze and the front staff were very helpful.She was spot on with her observations of two other cavities that needed work and started to work on immediately after explaining the procedure.Their X Ray machines are pretty updated and they caused no discomfort at all. She started to work on right after that and it took her less than 30 minutes to get the job done after giving me a shot of anesthesia.She was very smooth with the procedure and caused me zero discomfort.I have been to a lot of dentists before and I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said Dr Sheila is my favorite dentist by far.Not only was she was professional and competent, but she really had a knack for putting her customers at ease by her chirpy and entertaining conversations. Again, I tell him it is not the tooth he's speaking of, but the one behind it and how long the pain has been there for. He proceeds to tell me that due to HIM running behind in his schedule (ALTHOUGH MY APPT WAS FOR 12:30) he cannot complete the service for me unless it's only a cleaning I would like. I was completely livid from the moment I heard that because changing a cavity is something any other dentist does right then and there ALONG with the cleaning. And why should I suffer and not get the reason I came into this place in the first place handled, because HE WAS RUNNING LATE. He should've had the others waiting as he had me. Made no sense and I felt as though he was just trying to dismiss me as he didn't care to do the filling. Never EVER going there again. And if I were you, I wouldn't either.
