On the next time to pick up it wouldnt start and threw out a check engine light code..The code said computer issues so they replaced computer and truck starts and runs perfect.And its now August 2025..This place is good and patient..Friendly and the costs are reasonable..I am happy with their service..Also had the brakes done on our car there..No issues..

We were visiting family in Omak, and our starter went out on a snowy evening. We went back into the place we were trying to leave, and asked one of the patrons where he's suggest for repairs. Without hesitation, he said "definitely, Fletcher"s." Two others overheard him, and agreed quickly and enthusiastically. So come morning, I took our car in. I entered hesitantly, and noticed they looked really busy. I figured we'd be at the end of a long line. But Kevin Fletcher had a guy on it in minutes, discussed alternative sources and warranties, and had us out on the road in about two hours. For quite a bit less than what we expected to pay. Oh, and it was Christmas Eve. I would never have believed that a car problem could be a pleasant experience, but this is about as close to that as you can get.

Called back on Thursday, again same woman took my message and said he was in Mazama working on a vehicle. I said I'm literally in Mazama as we speak. Probably could have been very easy for "Kevin" to stop by for 5-10 minutes. Here it is Friday 3/27/26 at 7:00 pm. No follow up. But contacting Fletchers came as a referral from a reputable Twisp shop. Not impressed with their follow up. Especially as I called 3 out of 5 days during the week. And no call back.

A/C went out last summer, late. Top notch got me cool to the tune $300.+. Early this summer, as you know we had a heat wave. A/c wouldn't work. Living over an hour from repair, it is not always easy with work schedule to accommodate a trip to Omak. (they do not want to make an appointment) Went in, an hour later, back on the road with a service charge, and all was well again. Now to the crux of the review...Three days later on the way to Spokane, it only got kinda cool. Two days after that on the way to Wenatchee, no a/c. Turned around, went to Top Notch, expecting the service I have had prior. Wait in line, hours, before it can be assessed. Been there done that and it isn't fixed! Absolutely wouldn't even look to see if it was another quick fix. Where were we supposed to wait, two hours, in 101 degree heat? We were on our way to a destination. We were a customer that already paid, and the fix didn't work...get out here and look at it! I guess they will make warrantying their work difficult enough you just leave, which was done. It needed coolant, we both knew it, and knew it would take ten minutes to get us on our way. He wasn't hearing it. Go wait in line. Nope, you have to be friendly and helpful even if it meant not making any money cause you were refixing the problem.
