My vehicle had been making a loud funky sound when the wheel turned (front end). My vehicle had new brakes installed last summer around this timeframe. Turned out the brake rotor plate was too extended. This caused the excessive noise I & others heard. So grateful to my buddy Mark who did a solid for me in terms of directing me to Greene's. Greene's rotated my tires, inspected my ride & the total cost was $40. Thank you sooo much Greene's! Hope I don't haveta see you guys for a good while. But if I do, I know it will be met with much kindness & will be a good investment for sure. Oh yes, I almost forgot. I did have a what do I do when I drop off my car do hickey. Ya know, how do I get home & how will I retrieve my vehicle ordeal. I asked Greene's if they would shuttle me home & yes, they said it wouldn't be an issue. It all worked out.

Jason, the manager (?), is the rudest person I've ever met. As a frequent customer, I would expect a little bit of courtesy or at least a decent amount of customer service. He has a short temper, raises his voice and is VERY disrespectful to customers. He should not be working anywhere that has contact with the public. They are also too chaotic, understaffed and slow. I will not be doing business with Bob's again. I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend that everyone else do the same. read more

As I always say, it's great going to Raymond's for service you establish a relationship with Bruce and his wife Kathy, Rose the desk attendee and Eric Pitts who oversees the mechanics of the operation. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their particular field, position or job and everyone is very pleasant to be around!
