Marilyn helped us select a perfect floor for our master bedroom and her husband drove to our home in in Bradenton to remove the carpet and install floors. They were both very professional and we couldn't be happier with the floors!

After the builders made a few failed attempts to level out the concrete we gave up on them. Thankfully Michael Anderson's Signature Floors was able to help level it out enough that you can't even notice...and boy was it noticeable. It looked like I had a handicap ramp before it was done properly... I couldn't be more impressed and amazed by the small details from Michael. He just knows what will look the best so we trusted him as the expert and we're so happy we did. The floors and baseboards make such a difference! The small details such as flooring around a pedi stool for an apartment fridge and the retro trim done in the original bathroom and the leveling for the retrofit about blew me over! The man is a creative genius! It was really great working with Marilyn and Ron as well. Once again, we trusted them as the experts and let them help with the type of flooring and tile. Even the grout. It can be overwhelming picking out everything but Marilyn and Ron made it a pleasure and learning experience. Marilyn put in the extra effort to send pictures of flooring similar to what we originally picked to help put a price on all of our options. Of course we wanted the most expensive at first but we were able to find our perfect match later on with her help. She knew we were expecting so she suggested the waterproof laminate and I'm glad we went for it! It's so easy to clean! Same with Ron, he helped us pick out the tile type and cabinets. He guided us on the right color tone and finish and that was super helpful! He knew what would look less dirty and show less water spots and the grout tone that would clean up the best. The whole experience felt overwhelming at the time but if you go to the right place and talk to the right people they will guide you. That's why I wrote this long heartfelt review. The Flooring Liquidators team made my dream a reality.

Christopher from Centennial Tile Installations helped educate me about some of these things. He knew where using bullnose tile would look good, and discussed with me what color grout to select. He spent a lot of time preparing the outdoor painted surface so that the tiles would stick properly. He also spent a lot of time measuring and double-checking the measurements. He seemed to really care about having it look good. I'm pleased with the result. I have attached "before" and "after" pictures.

Most recently, he came to reinstall our new LVP on our 2nd floor. We (mistakenly) hired a different company to install the LVP (I didn't know Christopher did LVP as well!) and that company installed it at an angle. It looked terrible! Christopher came and very carefully uninstalled the LVP and baseboards to save as many boards as possible. He cleaned up the subfloor and added self-leveler, feathering it out to make it correct. He reinstalled it beautifully - and straight! As expected, he was detailed oriented and put in extra time to make sure it was done right. He even straightened up an angled wall which was bowed to ensure the baseboard sat flush. I also included photos from the bathroom he did for us in early 2024. He laid floor tile, wall tile, shower floor tile, added a niche in the shower, installed the tub and tub faucet! It all looks perfect and is still in great shape 2 years later! Not only is Christopher the best at what he does but I also feel comfortable having him in our home, even if we are not there. He's keeps us updated on the project timeline and is always friendly!

The installer with dark skin was incredibly kind, respectful, and hardworking, and I truly appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, the lighter skin installer was extremely unprofessional. He used profanity throughout the entire installation and made several disrespectful comments. At the start, there was a miscommunication about the furniture needing to be broken down and moved from each room. Instead of discussing a solution, he immediately began complaining that it should have already been done and that it wasn't his responsibility. I explained that everyone in my household had taken the day off specifically to help move anything necessary. It wasn't until my spouse stepped in and asked that we work together on a solution that the conversation shifted. Even after a plan was agreed upon, my family and I had to continue listening to him make negative remarks about our home and belongings, including saying we had "shit everywhere" and that he didn't know what to tell the other installer because "everything was a mess." I later learned that this installer is related to someone in management, which may explain the attitude we experienced. Despite this individual's behavior, I was extremely pleased with the overall service and the final result.
