If you own a vacation rental, avoid this business at all costs! At first it was fine, they cleaned…read morethe home when scheduled, but then they asked me to share my Airbnb calendar, to make it "easier" for them to manage their schedule. HUGE mistake. Turns out the real reason they wanted to do this was so that they could avoid cleaning the home when it needed cleaning, as crazy as that sounds. I discovered that they had been doing this when a billing date didn't line up with the previous check out. They had left the home dirty for a WEEK, because they waited to clean it until a few hours before the next guest and there was no booking that week. Needless to say, this was a DISASTER waiting to happen - if a guest had booked a same-day check in on any day that week, they would have showed up to a dirty home. Incredibly, when I contacted Tampa Bay Spotless and (very politely) told them that the home needed to be cleaned on check out days to avoid this disastrous situation, they INSTANTLY responded "other Airbnb owners trained us to do it this way. We don't want to work with you" No even a single bit of discussion just an instant "You don't like your home being left dirty for a week at a time as a ticking time-bomb? He contacted us right away, stayed in contact with us while we waited for the closing (which changed and he worked us into his schedule), let us know when he was coming and showed up on time. He cleaned all of the grout by hand with with a brush, sealed it with a brush, and mopped all of the tile after and left NO residue anywhere. He showed us how and what to use to clean the floors so that the seal will last longer. It is now December and let me tell you that the seal has been tested by dogs (vomit and urine) and Grandkids (spilling juices, milk, etc. and dropping sauces, etc.) and everything has cleaned up with no trace in the grout anywhere.
