I like this place. Quirky, but with decent food. It takes a while to read the menu written on the very large blackboard, but I suspect if you're not sitting at the counter they might give you a paper copy. Bob must be a pretty awesome guy because his name is on every menu item: All Hail Bob is a Caesar salad, Bobs burgers, Bob's pre-bird breakfasts. (pre-bird -- ok, who came up with that instead of "egg" -- probably someone named Bob), Bob's ham in the form of a steak ... you get the idea. Quirky. Take the Uncle Bob's challenge, perhaps one of two for those inclined to try; fail and have the humiliation complete. Your name and picture on the "can't cut it corner". I tried a breakfast item. The pre-birds were fine, the bacon done to a very crispy finish (yes!), but the toast wasn't. The hash-browns were okay, but there was a lot of oil on the plate. That wasn't so great. As you get to the register to pay, you might be tempted to try some of Bob's bakery items -- most of which looked very tasty. Overall, Bob's is a good place -- the food is okay, the people working are crazy fun, and it's a friendly atmosphere. It's quirky and that's a good thing. read more

One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have ever had! So much ooey gooey cheese! The bread it was made on was also super yummy!

My favorite place to eat in the Greybull/Basin area! They make a huge effort to make things from scratch. They even make their own jelly! Bread and pastries are house made. They cut the fries fresh in house. Beef is locally sourced and very tasty! They recently started serving dinner which has been delicious every time I have had it. They usually do one dinner special with a salad and dessert, burgers are also available. The food and service is always top grade! We happened to pass through at breakfast but were told the whole menu was available to order. The pancakes are literally the best I have ever had and my kids will tell you that Bob's pancakes have made all others inferior! The French toast plate and the side of toast that came with our omelettes was homemade bread. Over a dozen omelette combinations to choose from although if I am back this way I will definitely be getting the pancakes instead of stealing bites from my kids plates!
