The chicken was skin-on, and moist, smokey and really tasty. The beans were awesome! He uses pineapples and red peppers in the sauce and they were really good - not too sweet, not too spicy, but flavorful as heck. Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and the coleslaw - said both were good too. Food was reasonably priced (all food plus two cans of soda came out to $22) for real, delicious food. If I lived in Cody, this truck would be a regular stop.
