They refuse to make it right and manager got a horrible attitude towards me when I talked to him about it basically telling me it's my own fault because I have been busy and didn't keep calling about it to check on it. Even after having several witnesses say they saw me drop it off to them they refuse to reimburse me for my bow or make it right in any way. I would NEVER leave a bow or firearm at this place to get work done if I was you. Never seen such horrible business practices or customer care in my life!

I was never greeted,and I felt like I was being watched and followed. I even left, and came back with my purchase (almost exchanged it), and the same people who I felt were watching me, literally raced outside the door before I even came in. When I went inside the store, those people came in the store. The store is fine, but I think everyone needs to know that not everyone is trying to or wanting to steal the merchandise. Especially not every black person. But overall I love what I purchased, and I'll continue to shop here...just not at this one in particular.
