They are abusing on the price. $6.50 for a medium machine and $1.75 for all dryers What if I have only small amount of cloths That's an ABUSE literally! Before it was 7 minutes for 25 cents and later was 5 minutes for 25 cents and NOW $1.75 For 40 minutes I literally dry my clothes for 75 cents I'm looking for a new laundry because y'all crazy. I'm not going to like this place is definitely one of the cleanest and more up to date laundromats I've been to. It's a little on the smaller side and a little on the pricier side but I personally think it's worth it to pay that up charge for new machines and the facility to be clean. read more

Place was very clean from the floors to the folding area to the machines. I had a good experience and was in and out in less than an hour. This place is about $1.50/load more expensive than the place I normally go to but I went specifically because they have tap to pay on each machine so it came at a cost and that's fine. I went in there yesterday to ask about the fluff and fold and ran into the manager of the place. I forget her name but she was trying really hard to get me to see the value in the fluff and fold but I was trying to explain to her no matter how good it is, it was way too much money compared to other places but she convinced me to at least stay and wash the clothes she was educating me on how much should be in the washer so my clothes will actually be clean and I don't break the washer I always wondered why sometimes my clothes don't get clean after I stuff the machine but that's where I was going wrong and honestly not only did my clothes came out looking better but now I know overloading the machines is bad both for the laundromat and the customer - wouldn't want to break their machines just because I'm too cheap to use multiple washers Anyway, it was spacious with plenty of seating You felt safe But as high as these prices are, I hope they do more promos to attract customers because otherwise I don't see them sticking around for long read more

LITERALLY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY. Every time I come in here it smells like dirty water. The dryers stink bad too. And the prices just keep going up! When using the washers I pay for the extra rinse and it doesn't even do it. Don't recommend. read more

DONT USE CREDIT CARDS HERE!!! IT'S A SCAM! It's called coin-less laundromat, but it will double charge you and the owner won't refund you. For your info, my load costs $9. First, it will charge you $15 when u scan your credit card, then it asks u to scan your credit card AGAIN, another $15 to start the wash, which is total of $30. The Mexican lady working there told me to do so. She said your money will be credited back later in 2 hours. She said, they are holding a fee because you are using your credit card. All these rules were no where posted except on a piece of small paper at front desk. Would anyone go search for such papers when they only come to wash their clothes??? Used to love it here but they changed the dryer to $1.75 for 40 minutes. It used to be $.25 cents for 5 minutes. My clothes would be dry in 20 mins. I do not need 40 minutes. It needs to be changed back. read more

First, I want to clarify Kate L.'s review. **The $15 is NOT a "fee" or service charge, it's a temporary hold.** Holds are typically done at coin-ops to reserve payment for all the services you may use within that short span of time (like adding 25cents over and over to dryer) so your bank does not flag your card and potentially freeze it out of security concerns. This is because scammers who steal your card info often try to make many small, fast charges in order to test your card first, and your bank may think the small payments you are making are the same scam. Whatever you don't spend out of that $15 will be returned to your card within a day. If that takes longer it's because of your bank, not the laundromat. ANYWAYS: Bob's is kind of expensive, but it is a clean, well lit place and I'm glad to pay for that. I only go for big things that don't fit in my apartment complex machine... Works well, gets clean, although sometimes the washing machine doors get jammed. The attendant showed me a way to open it, but I wouldn't risk doing it alone if I don't have to (might break it and get in trouble) read more

Bob's Laundromat is hands down the best laundromat we've ever used. It's always clean, the atmosphere is genuinely pleasant, and the customer service is exceptional. The staff--and especially the owner and a kind man who's often there at night--are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Even when it gets a little busy, it's still easy and stress-free to get your laundry done. Now that we're in a rental with a small washer and dryer, we'll definitely be coming back here for all our bedding and bigger loads. This place makes laundry feel like less of a chore. We enjoyed going here and give them business frequently, however the machines routinely break down (you don't know why) and so the employees tell you to fill out a paper and you'll get a refund at a later time. We never minded that so that's what we did. We'll the most recent refund has taken over a month and each time we go in they give us the run around. Well we go in today and we ask about our refund, provide a photo of the paper and everything and you know what crap answer we got? In order to get a refund the cheap owner tells us we have to EXPLICITLY tell them what was wrong so they can give us a refund. What kind of normal person knows that? Also mind you it doesn't state that on the paper either. It's clearly a quick scam to take their patrons money. Crooked and abhorrent business practice. Don't go here. read more

I went to go wash my clothes and i was in shock the prices are mind blowing like yes i understand everything is expensive but i paid $10 just to wash and the washers are extremely small so i needed two a $6 one and $4 one and i need two for the size of a small load, the workers are rude i ran into a old fat lady and i asked to use the restroom and she denied me the restroom, i felt uncomfortable being there i do not recommend, the prices here are outrageous theres no way people come here a second time. read more
