All the pool liners safety covers and equipment they have installed has functioned long beyond the warranty from the manufacturer with no problems. They are very competent. The only "quote" provided was the salesperson writing "$40k" on a piece of paper -- no detailed written estimate or proposal. I later received another quote for an epoxy coating from Foxy Coatings for about $11,000, which made me question the pricing even more. They also would not provide any references from previous customers. In addition, the $6,000 "discount" they offered only applied if I signed the contract immediately during the visit, which was a high-pressure sales tactic. After this experience, I decided to explore other options and am currently getting pricing for installing pavers over the concrete pool deck instead. Best of luck with your experience.
