I was sold on their service years ago when I had had a washing machine drain issue and paid big $$ for two different well known area plumbers to fix it and neither did. Bob and his son Brett do a great job. Bob's wife answers calls promptly to schedule. They are always on time and if they are running late they will let you know. Could not be more pleased with the job they do. We had quite an extensive job jackhammering our basement floor because of a failed pipe and they working until the problem was fixed. Called on Monday and was able to get someone out to my house Friday. Guys called before heading to the house and fixed my clogged basement drain. When they got here they noticed a couple of different things like how my hot and cold water were switched on my washer! So glad they were to notice that, I was thinking something was wrong with my washer machine. But they fixed the problem and more. The price was pretty good after all the fixes. From the first phone call to ask questions and schedule service until the young man who came to clear my kitchen drain left everything was amazing. In a bit of a panic with both kitchen sick clog and lots of standing water. Problem was not only solved but changes were made to make draining system more efficient. My husband was a master plumber for many years and he approved of and was impressed by the changes that were made which is a huge compliment from my "perfect plumber" husband. Great service. I called and set up appointment and he showed up on time with everything he needed. The drain was plugged about 45' in so he needed to pull the toilet to run the auger thru. Once the clog was busted thru, he replaced the toilet with a new wax ring and billed for the time he was there. Less expensive than other quotes I had gotten. I have a new "go to" plumber. All-around excellent experience! Will be using again and also recommending to anyone looking for a plumbing service. I called at 4pm with slow drains (non-emergency). They scheduled for 1pm the next day but said they would call if anything sooner opened up. I got a call at 830 the next day, Brett was at my house by 9am and was completely done by 1030. These guys are the BEST. It sucks when something isn't working right at your house, and I hate that uncertainty of calling a stranger and wondering if they're going to show up and scam you because you know nothing about heating/cooling/electric etc etc. But whenever I have a plumbing problem, these are my go-to guys. They are honest, and friendly, and do excellent work. They were quick to get me an appointment, and called before they showed up to say they were on their way.
