They don't deserve to be an authorized dealer!…read more My motorbike had an over heating issue and the coolant overflowed on the highway, so I stopped immediately and towed the vehicle to Dunbar since they were the closest dealership at that point and I spoke them over the phone, they seemed really co-operative. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. As soon as I took the motorcycle in, the attitude of the owner changed, he became insanely condescending and rude from get go. Tom Fournier is the owner of this shithole, he said he won't be touching my motorcycle that week since he had a lot of vehicles he was already working on. I asked for an ETA, he mentioned I cannot give you an ETA but as soon as I inspect the motorcycle I will give you a call. He called me 4 days later and mentioned it'd cost me $750 (5 hours of labor) just to inspect what the problem might be. I had never heard or seen someone charging so much just to diagnose the problem. These were his exact words "I can inspect it for $750, but there's no guarantee the motorcycle will be fixed maybe this is the finish line for it and I won't be able to do much". My bike just has 18K miles on it and is in pristine condition, serviced 2K miles back. I genuinely didn't trust him anymore to leave my motorcycle with him, so I called several other dealers in the area, everyone of them quoted $250 for inspecting the issue. 1 hour later after my research I call Tom again saying I want to take my motorcycle off of your hands before you work anymore on it what's the bill amount at right now. He legit quoted me $750!! "If you want to take it out of the dealership now it would cost you $750", when I asked for breakdown of the work he had already put in, he asked me wait and didn't call me or pick my calls for the next 4 days. After 4 days I went all the way to Brockton to check in person. Again the same, "I have already put in the work, so you take it now or later it's going to be $750"! So I asked him to check the issue anyway. 2nd biggest mistake!! He took 2 more weeks, no calls, no emails. Again I went to the dealership to check the status, he just mentioned they have ordered parts to fix the issue. Until this point he had not taken any authorization from me to order the parts and he hadn't mentioned what the labor charges were going to be and had started fixing the issue, at least according to him. At this point I felt stuck! I don't have any means of commute other than my motorcycle, so I kept mentioning please do this as quickly as possible, it's been 3 weeks already and I have been renting cars everyday. Again no updates for another 2 weeks. Finally after a month I went back again, they mentioned they were waiting for one more part and that's it and that it would be ready in a few days. After 5 whole weeks they call me and tell me that the issue is fixed and told me the bill amount it $2.3K! Yep, for a mere overheating issue he took 5 weeks and charged me 10 hours of labor and got the bill to $2288. I went to pick my motorcycle up, I didn't question any details about the issue itself since I knew he was gonna jump at me for it unprofessionally. When I asked how I could pay the bill he said up to you, cash or card. I paid with my credit card, without informing anything to me he charged me extra $75. Yep, after having been overcharged for an overheating issue he also charged me $75 for using my credit card, when I had debit card and cash too. I'm Indian, I don't know what preconceived notion he has about our race, when I asked him why he didn't even mention about the CC charges his exact words were "You can pay this for sure, what's your salary? I'm pretty sure you earn more than me" and in the process of doing this yelled at my father too, who wasn't even part of the conversation. I have never walked away from a seller this angry or dissatisfied ever. I would have given him -ive or 0 ratings if that was even possible.

They told me it would be $250 to diagnose the issue. I brought it over and dropped it off and confirmed how much it would cost. I got a call a few days later saying it's one of two things that could be wrong with it and it would cost me $800 to fix. I said I'd think about it and the owner said I had to pay that amount - no questions. I said no, I'll just take my bike and give you the $250 we originally agreed upon. When I went to pick up my bike, it was literally in pieces. I was baffled. I took my bike back and after a month or so realized maybe there was a miscommunication so I called him back to get it fixed and over with. I told him, go for it but if it costs more than the bike is worth (about $4000) then don't bother. He then fixed it and tried charging me $4500. I told him to keep it. I went over there and signed the title to his name. It was just an overall bad experience. Not sure if it was miscommunication or he's actually a bad person. Either way, that's not how you do business.

Asked the guy AGAIN and he looked annoyed. He pointed at a salesman across the floor and said go to him. Jim and Mark in sales spent hours with me discussing the bikes and answering all of my questions. I test drove several bikes during this time and they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. The parts department appears to be on the small side but they can order anything you need and usually get it very quickly. Casey has always been very knowledgeable and professional, he always has an answer or soloution to my problem. I know some reviewers haven't had good experiences with the service department, but there are many other options and places to work on your bike, or just be like me and work on it yourself! Highly recommended if you're looking for a new bike.

They have a monopoly because there is no other place in Quincy (at least that I know of) that works on bikes. Thus, you're sort of forced to go here. If there were other options, i'd definitely go elsewhere. -For one, the prices are off the charts for the service you get. -You can have two parts being worked on in the same area of the bike and you'll get the same labor charge doubled. (i.e. Change a flat in your rear wheel and tighten your chain. You'd get charged the same amount of labor for both!) -You'll get charged for work not done. (Which can be very hard to prove if it's something like "an oil change."). The reason I say this is that I had some work done but the bolt was stripped. Thus you had to remove the bolt to get the cover off. They say they changed the fluids but the bolt wasn't removed. Not sure how that was done. Then they say they removed the stripped bolt, changed the fluid, and put the STRIPPED BOLT BACK IN! Seriously? Then when I bring the bike back, takes 10-15 minutes for the guy to actually remove the bolt (you hear lots of hammering). If they took it out and put it back in, wouldn't it be pretty easy to remove again? Why all the hammering? Why would they put the stripped bolt back in unless they are trying to force me to come here every time I need a brake flush. Even though the original request was to remove the stripped bolt in the first place. - They don't appear too knowledgeable about fixing bikes. For the prices they charge, everyone should be a pro. Shouldn't take 3 guys to tinker with a brake light to figure out why it's not coming on. - Lack of courtesy calls. If they are over a week late in delivering something, it would be nice to have been called and notified that they are late. Instead, they rely on you calling them There are a few other items but i'm at work and people can read the other reviews. Very disappointed in the place and looks like i'll be renting a trailer to bring my bikes elsewhere unless there are some obvious improvements to the place.

Decided to take a look at a few motorcycles today. I went to Mom's Motorcycles on Broadway Revere…read more I was pleasantly surprised I spoke with the general manager Dennis who volunteered lots and lots of important information and specs that I was interested in finding out about. He graciously let me sit on a few of the different models and we spoke about the couple bikes I have in the garage as possible trade ins. He even gave me a guesstimate on what they would be worth. He actually offered me discounts from the factory without me even inquiring which I found refreshing and then after he told me about the discounts from the factory it was also an incentive of 2000 extra dollars for parts and accessories so a total of $3000 discount which is pretty fabulous when the sticker is $18,499. He was extremely patient answered all my questions showed me some of the accessories that were available on the program and even interchangeable wheels tires and seats. If I choose to purchase an Indian motorcycle I will definitely have Dennis help me with that now the question is do I trade in my Harley Davidson for an Indian???
