They have been doing this a while, they know their manufacturers, and often order machines per their own design/specs. Apples to apples, oranges to oranges, their product is a solid mid-grade, at affordable prices - which makes it super attractive for me. 2) Service and repairs I am not to fond entirely of how some of my repairs were handled. I pick my battles and do not antagonize people over small things, when a big issue happens, and I need something warrantied, or replaced, they always come through. 3) Staff and friendliness IMS has been in business a long time! Some people do not realize that, but businesses like this one evolve and improve. What might have been an issue 10 years ago, has been rectified, businesses that keep making the same mistakes, simply vanish - this one has been around 14 years, and will keep being around, because people need what they do.

The Harley dealer in Everett recommended I buy a brand new tire to fix the problem even though my tire had about 200mi on it. I heard about Rahns through word of mouth from a couple of Harley owners so I decided to take a ride down to see him. After pulling the tire off my bike and identifying the problem he had the most logical idea to fix it, just throw a tube in it. He charged me $82, 3 times less then anyone else. I was in and out in no time, the whole fix took maybe 30minutes and he had a chance to look the bike over for any other problems. I know there are a lot of places in the area to take you bike to have fixed but I'm sure Rahns is the best. Not only is he friendly he is extremely thorough, honest and passionate about what he does. Most dealers simply look at your odometer and throw a service package at you. Rahn is much different when he takes a holistic look at you bike then recommends only what you really need. There is no doubt in my mind that I will only get work done at Rahn's and I recommend him to everyone in the Boston area. Oh yea, and if your looking to add some extra power to your bike hes got the parts, know how and a dyno right next door.

It arrived in 3 days and I installed it myself with my own tools (I am a 67-year-old woman rider!) and it is AWESOME. The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

Great service! We were stranded an hour away with a leaking radiator. Mike did everything possible…read moreto fix it but there were just so many pinhole leaks from driving through big falls asphalt construction. Grrr. We had a new radiator sent to his shop and he drove it out to install but it turned out the wrong one was sent! Seriously?! Had the correct one sent and he did the same..... after it was delivered to his shop he drove it all the way out to us to install. We are finally on our way! Disgusting work had to pay someone to redo almost everything he did . Cut out a $2500 exhaust and…read morethrew it away . Zip ties on the fuel line , had to fix all the ac work another 2k worth of work he did , brand new brake lines kinked , power steering hose too short and kinked , tranny pan brand new leaking tried using gasket sealer , took parts off damaged paint all over and damaged rocker panel covers , had to also pay someone else to tune the car . Threw away the brake vacuum he put in for another $1000 which was not needed as the engine has plenty of vacuum. I could go on and on never mind the work he did authorization. Horrible experience was awarded payment in court which he has since refused to pay. Stay away from this scam artist !
