I thought I would have to pay someone else to take a chainsaw to it and get it down to ground level, but he said he would do it. Got a callback from Dan, scheduled a visit to look at project to get an estimate. Scheduled work for the following week. Dan arrived as scheduled, with crew and all needed equipment. They did an excellent job. Was very mindful of our sprinkler heads, and surrounding landscaping. Yard was left clean and neat, just as promised. I would gladly call this company again for any tree removal in the future. Quote was MUCH cheaper than anyone else that had bid. I have learned that perhaps it is best to call service people a couple of times, in the event your name, number & message don't quite reach the right department.
