The quality of work is great, all chipped blocks were discarded instead of being put into the wall, and the wall is very aesthetically pleasing. The steps are also great, everything is very sturdy. Angel and his team also fixed some broken drainage that was improperly sloped, and I just verified in the most recent rain we got that the drain is working much faster than before, which is great news! Angel and team also left my yard cleaned up and without any trash, which I really respect and value. They also listened to all questions/concerns I had and were very accommodating, never did I hear that something was wrong or not feasible. They were very professional and very amicable. --- I found Angel based on all of the 5 star reviews, and thought no way could a business have all 5s. To my relief, she quickly looked up our as-builts and got us scheduled for the very next day. The following afternoon, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Randy came out to see us, right on time. I can't say enough about how much of a breath of fresh air Randy was! He was extremely polite, beyond cordial, gracious, helpful, and friendly. He took the time to carefully explain everything to us and patiently answered all our questions. He even helped us find an elusive septic cover that we weren't able to locate. He gave us great advice about how we could protect our system to avoid any possible future issues and problems. It was very obvious that Randy was a family man with excellent work ethics, and who took great pride in his work.
