I have been going to this smoke shop for a few years now. Great smoke shop with prices that beat the other smoke shops around. Owners are very cool dudes. I bought a vape from them and it was not working, so i took it back, they took a look at it and said that they would replace my broken one out for me at no cost and was kind about it. I was very surprised, i've bought other vapes at other smoke shops and when they broke, i took the vape back and was confronted with angry managers not willing to return my faulty product. I'd give Bob's smoke shop 10 stars if i could. Very happy with how management resolved a small issue. This will be my number one go to smoke shop as long as i live in tempe.
