HOSTILE EMPLOYEE AVOID THIS PLACE…read more I'm been a weekly customer to this place for the past 5 months and have had mostly positive experiences. I've also brought in a handful of friends, thus creating new clientele for the store. I was in the shop moments ago looking for a new piece and was treated horribly. The guy with the longer dark hair, and facial hair acted completely annoyed to have to help me. I decided to wait a few days on my larger purchase but didn't want to leave empty handed so I bought a torch for $16 and paid cash. A minute later before I left the store I decided it was going to be too big of a flame for my rig. I asked if I could return it and get a smaller one and he told me no. HE RUDELY switched it out for a cheaper one without refunding the difference in price and aggressively tried to put the other away and dropped it on the floor. I didn't want to make a scene because there were other customers but when he said have a nice day as sarcastically and with the most hostile tone I calmly told him I'll be taking my business elsewhere and left the store. He might be one of the owners or just an employee, either way I would not want that guy representing my company.
