I've also brought in a handful of friends, thus creating new clientele for the store. I was in the shop moments ago looking for a new piece and was treated horribly. The guy with the longer dark hair, and facial hair acted completely annoyed to have to help me. I decided to wait a few days on my larger purchase but didn't want to leave empty handed so I bought a torch for $16 and paid cash. A minute later before I left the store I decided it was going to be too big of a flame for my rig. I asked if I could return it and get a smaller one and he told me no. HE RUDELY switched it out for a cheaper one without refunding the difference in price and aggressively tried to put the other away and dropped it on the floor. I didn't want to make a scene because there were other customers but when he said have a nice day as sarcastically and with the most hostile tone I calmly told him I'll be taking my business elsewhere and left the store. He might be one of the owners or just an employee, either way I would not want that guy representing my company. I hate leaving bad reviews but I went in there and was polite and was treated Terribly for no reason.

If you're in Tempe and not shopping at Holy Cow Smoke Shop, you're honestly missing out. Casey (the owner) and every staff member have gone out of their way for me at some point -- whether that was staying late when I was running behind, ordering in something special they didn't normally stock, or just taking the time to figure out what I was really looking for. That kind of service is rare these days. The vibe? Imagine walking into a place where your friends actually know what you need before you even do. The staff greets people by name, takes time with everyone, and makes you feel like the center of attention while you're there. It feels more like a community spot than just a store. The selection is fantastic -- from affordable, everyday items to really high-end pieces. I've even bought some of the pricier products and they worked with me on the price when it made sense. They don't have to do that, but they care about their customers enough to make it happen. And then there are the giveaways. Seriously, who else does fun giveaways just for the community? It keeps things exciting and makes you feel like part of something bigger. I've been to plenty of smoke shops over the years, and Holy Cow is easily the best. Holy cow is an amazing shop. I still shop here even though I no longer live in Tempe across the street. But I still drive the 15-20 minutes to shop here because of the wide variety and the friendly staff that's always so helpful! Today I spoke with Kat, and she's helped me out twice now.
