Casey (the owner) and every staff member have gone out of their way for me at some point -- whether that was staying late when I was running behind, ordering in something special they didn't normally stock, or just taking the time to figure out what I was really looking for. That kind of service is rare these days. The vibe? Imagine walking into a place where your friends actually know what you need before you even do. The staff greets people by name, takes time with everyone, and makes you feel like the center of attention while you're there. It feels more like a community spot than just a store. Holy cow is an amazing shop. I still shop here even though I no longer live in Tempe across the street. But I still drive the 15-20 minutes to shop here because of the wide variety and the friendly staff that's always so helpful! Today I spoke with Kat, and she's helped me out twice now.
