Take my prior review back Terrible customer service and I have a lot of friends that I sent here employee kept me on hold for ten mins kasy wife got on the phone and hung up on me rudely after me asking if he can just call personally when he's not busy Definitely never going back I was calling to buy bulk on the switch 2 and much others but I rather not ever come back since the "boss man" kasy can't call back or even make this right is ridiculous and having me talk to multiple people when I ask for one specific person . Started out initally fine, staff was friendly, everything was chill untill they had their 420 event and all but a few workers were do overworked that they got to the point of taking it out of their customers, they were so friendly I thought I had made real friends with the blue and pink hair girl that worked there because she even had me added on snapchat, now she acuallynever texted me back but i thought the intention was to make friends, I went by about an hour before the 420 event was closing and 3 of the workers had stepped out including Chloe and 2 of the new people had said that him and another Co worker/temporary helper were going to Chloe's house to smoke weed/marajuana, I also smoked aswell and had just purchased a new bong from them so I wanted to try it out and who better with than friends so I walked out behind the 3 of them walking to chloes car because she had to put something in there and I asked her if I could match/join them in smoking, Chloe said "no go away, im soo stressed to deal with you right now youre too much" I then had kind of felt bad because she never said something like this before so I turned away and started walking back into the event, I guess she really didnt like that and told the owner of the store that I was harassing her, she never said this to me she just told me go away and I did, im not sure what I did wrong here, the owner then told me to buy what I was going to buy and leave, I no longer felt welcome in the store and did not want any further altercation so I left and no not intend on returning, I used to come in here every day spending hundreds of dollars a month and I will gladly take my business elsewhere if I do not feel welcome, I would recommend avoiding this place if you like to commonly go to the same shops or stores, if theres anything wrong in my story please clarify on what i did wrong because I would understand if I went and asked a store worker I didnt know, that would be weird, not harassment just odd, so how would what I did be considered harassment because I dont appriciate being accused of things I did not do (ps. The owner also gives heavy discounts for good online reviews and I dont believe thats fair business practices for people trying to find quality places that sell goods or services ) read more

His service was impeccable, he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for within a minute (very impressive considering how expansive their selection is!), and I was very moved by the way he treated every single person that entered the shop. The owner is sooooo nice! He always is very friendly and all the staff genuinely want to help you find what you need. They also have a MASSIVE selection, and very fair pricing. I used to go for vapes and glass pieces and would drive the extra few miles to go to this shop for their deals. Well, I quit smoking all together, but I still go now because they have a ton of delicious smelling incense and body jewelry (which I feel is pretty good quality, too). The customer service is unmatched, I've never received such amazing customer service at a smoke shop.. let alone anywhere. The store is so organized and clean, and I was met with such helpful service, but no pressure to buy and no upselling involved. If like me you are hooked on these little things drop your puff bar hype bar these are the octo bars just 2 for 5 dollars or a whole box with 10 for 20 they are soooo good the juice is smooth and it harsh at all and you're honestly getting more than your money worth great selection in glass pieces and cheap I just got a bad ass rig for 80 bucks mo is the best he's always happy and awesome customers service. I live across the street LITERALLY I am in the shop every other day shopping I have bought rn multiple bongs and pieces from this place and will never EVER RETURN.
