I found Eddie was argumentative with myself and my wife who were both very disinterested in haggling over x or y. I don't doubt that he cared about our business, and the shop's prices are fair, but his attitude with me was a deal breaker, and I don't intend on returning. Certainly more professional and better customer service at other spots around Tempe. Update: Eddie reached out to me via "compliment" here on Yelp (for being "funny"), putting the blame on my wife's shoulders for our bad experience.
